Now I see why your ratings are so low HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! Not only do they want you to pay before you even receive any service the staff was rude

Its sad, i try to like this place but i cant. The way they paint nails is deplorable. I could of done my own nails and toes and saved 40 bucks. Do yourself a favor and find another place. They truly Dont care about their craftsmanship of the trade.

I have been coming here for about a year now and have NEVER had a bad experience. And the magic that they work on ingrowns? Unbelievable. I’m not looking for fancy. No crazy airbrushing, or Swarovski crystal inlays. This isn’t the place for that. I am interested in a good manicure and pedicure for a reasonable price and AP nails delivers. My eyebrows look amazing too.

Cute small local shop. nothing too spectacular or fancy, not a huge assortment of colors. on the plus side, they get it done fast and they do a good job.

I have had some pedicures here before and I was not that impress, that’s why I didn’t review them… I am all about pedicures, I work standing up all day at Kool Cuts just a few doors down from them, I went back a week ago and they have a new girl, wow she is good, very detail and not in a hurry, I want to be there every week :), the owner is soo good at taking care of your ingrown… give them a try!

I always get a great pedicure and am able to get an appointment with short notice. And very affordable prices.

I went there in June of this year just before an overseas trip. they did a pretty good job. Not warm and fuzzy, but ok. So I went back yesterday. Had a pedi and ½ a mani. here is why… I’m sitting there with the guy who did the pedi and in walks the state board inspector. Both workers started to look a little nervous. Ok, that can shake you up a bit sort of like being pulled over by the cops. any way the guy started straigtning up towels and throwing things away, looked at me and said just one second, got up and walked away. the inspector asked the other worker, where did he go. She said…“Oh he don’t work here“

This place is THE WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. They dont know what GEL nail polish means. It means don’t use regular nail polish dumbasses. They also gave me bloody cuticles.

I like AP Nails. I do (for the most part). Sometimes I will go in and they can take me right away and always seem pretty happy to see me because I have been going there on and off for quite a few years. Actually since they opened which I think was about ⁵⁄₆ yrs ago. Anyway, for the most part they are great, but there have been occasional times where I have gone in and been told ¹⁰⁄₁₅ mins, but it ended up being 30 minutes! When I go to get my nails done, I don’t like to wait. If they can’t take me at that time, then they just need to tell me. Their service is good once you’re in the chair, but make sure to ask them how long before they sit you down to wait, esp., if you’re like me and wanna get in and out!

I like this place. They have massaging chairs and they’ve always done a quality pedicure for a reasonable price. I think the ladies are nice and not pushy.

Hate it! I’ve only been here once and it was my last. First of all the wait was horrible they kept saying 10 min why can’t they just be honest and say an hr?! Second they gave me a damn fungal toe nail! And third it a bad job for the price. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went there for the first time in over 5 years and had one of the worst manicures ever. The woman who did my manicure was really rough when cutting my cuticles. Also, after she cut and filed my nails, a few of them were uneven. I asked the woman to file them a little more so that they would be even and she kept telling me they were even. I didn’t bother arguing with her and just ended up filing them when I got home. Plus their color selection kind of sucked.

i will never get my nails done here again. i am very particular about my nails and i can see the imperfections on them.

Me: «I want a pink & white set»
AP: «You sure… i do gel for you»
Me: «Never had gel, I have always done pink & white and I like it»
AP: «Gel look very nice… i do for you»
Me: «Ummmmm»
AP: «Sit down… I do for you»
ME: «I’m confused… you won’t do pink & white for me? Why not, it’s nearly $ 10 more to do pink & white… you would make more money»
AP: «Gel look nicer»
(at this point, I just wanted my damn nails done and I didn’t have time to go look for a different place… my thought process was that if she didn’t want to do it, maybe she didn’t know how? i wasn’t ready to chance it)
Me: «Oooookay»
Mediocre place. The ladies that work there are nice enough. The gel set was ok but I still prefer pink and white and I guess I will start my search for a new place to get my nails done (some place that will do a pink & white set damnit).
ALSO…they charged my credit car twice. $ 130 charged for a gel set and pedicure that I didn’t even like. I was pissed. They refunded it, but it was an inconvenience. I had to leave work early to be there by 7pm to get my $ 65 refund.

Sad to say that this place is now just like «every other» mediocre nail place in any mediocre strip mall. Their prices have gone up to match everyone else — but not more than that. And the big minus which makes me take away stars is that they no longer have the vibrating foot massagers!!! One by one they all broke and they are not replacing them. This was the ONLY reason I would drive out of my way to get my pedicure there. But no more. Good bye nice people of AP nails, I can no longer justify the extra gas money it costs to visit you.
