Starbucks

I can’t believe the poor service at this location!
Who else has had a run in or attitude given by cashier/​barista, «Sarah»?
Not only has she severely messed my drink up the past 4 times, but when you bring it to her attention, she gets pissy makes excuses then hands you off the new drink with attitude and NO verbal communication!
Told her thank you the last 4 times with zero acknowledgement by her!
Severe attitude issues!

Needed a pick me up after work… Yummy dirty chai with SON. Just what the Dr orderded. Location lovely, clean, staff nice, drive thru n inside busy!!! Gonna talk to SON now!!!

If you want Barista to let young kids talk on their cell phones on speaker and screaming, disturbing everyone over ambience noise and music this is the place to come to not respect other customers.

I’m not sure what happened at my favorite Starbucks near my home. They used to make me feel so welcomed now I don’t even get an hello. Maybe because I’m not a regular anymore just an occasional customer. And this is not the first time I felt this way.

This is my local Starbucks, and I love them to bits! They have mine and my husband’s orders memorized. What more can you ask?

I go to Starbucks every (other) day, you would think I’d give it 5 stars considering the type of money I throw down @starbucks. But I’m just a desperate, lazy to brew my own coffee drinker.
This Starbucks is always nice & clean with their thermostat set at like 67 degrees. This coolness makes the environment feel even more clean & crisp– if that makes sense.
Sometimes, it’s a hit or miss here, I get a barista who just doesn’t smile, no type of good customer service personality.
Then, I get a really sweet, talkative barista who actually seem, or pretending really well, that they enjoy their job. Unfortunately, I will continue to spend $ 4.25 on a Soy Latte until I get my act together & just brew my own cup of Jo at home.

Lately I’ve been coming back to this Starbucks more often than not because most of my siblings live in Pinole/​Rodeo so I usually stop here on my way to meet them. Plus, it’s within walking distance to Sue’s Kitchen when I’m craving caffeine before lunch.
All the baristas here are pretty friendly. They are quick and efficient. They usually make my venti iced caramel macchiato the way it should be.
The one time I ordered a special drink was not particularly in agreement with my taste. I wanted to try the caramel ribbon crunch and it was just plain bad. I thought I would like it since I love caramel, but it’s just completely different from what I expected. Lesson learned… never try anything that you are unsure of.
On the many occasions that I’ve been here, I ran into a few people that I’ve known from either high school or just friends that I haven’t seen in a while so it’s nice to see some old familiar faces. I’ve also ran into some people that I don’t want to see as well… LOL

Excellent service by all the staff members at this Starbucks. Friendly and clean atmosphere every time. Taylor is my favorite barista at this location. she shows an aptitude to recognize each customer and their regular orders. i always have a pleasant experience at this Starbucks.

I’m officially done with this Starbucks! I’m a at-​home coffee drinker and never really splurge on coffee when I can make it at home. I don’t see the reason to pay four dollars for a latte on a day-​to-​day basis when that’s a cost of a bag of coffee. But every now and again I treat myself! This Starbucks could never seem to get it right the last few times I’ve order a latte from them they forgot to add my extra shots of espresso that I happily paid for. Do you know how annoying it is to get home and take a sip of your latte to only taste milk and supersweet flavoring and too not get the caffeine boost that you were craving for!!! I don’t know if it’s because they have high school students or college students working there that seem to be a little overwhelmed when it’s busy or what. But messing with my morning coffee and the start of my morning is enough reason for me not to go back.

This is the Starbucks closest to my home. In my opinion they are always friendly and courteous and most of the staff know what they are doing.
Usually they don’t mess up on my drinks, but when they do they never hesitate to apologize for the mistake and remake them.
Atmosphere here is nice and clean and there’s usually always a place to sit.

Visited around 6:15 pm 10÷8÷14. Cashier was not friendly had a very sad stoic face. Very sour puss mood no smile no greeting no thank you. Barista wasn’t that bad but also very somber. Usually when I go inside a Starbucks I expect the place to be alive and cheerful atmosphere. But here I just felt like I walked into a deserted and dead saloon. Not even music was playing. I couldn’t even stand to stay to enjoy my hot chocolate because the whole store wasn’t very inviting. If I wanted to feel dead i would go to a cemetery.

Staff here are always friendly and drinks are made to perfection. The drive thru line is always way too long. Almost worth just to park and go inside.

I love this location. I come here a lot with my friends that live in the area. It’s as great as my favorite Starbucks in Fairfield. Excellent customer service, the people that come here are cool too. It’s a fun atmosphere.

If you’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve been to them all! But oh El Sobrante is a unique place, a melting pot of sorts and this Starbucks is a great place to people watch. Drinks are done right and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient.

This is a very nifty SB. You can can tell when a SB’s providing service when you see regulars hanging out. I like this place because they still have comfy, stuffed chairs for lounging.

Oh el sobrante. You know how I feel about you. I have lived here most of my life but I have to be honest, there isnt much here. So in terms of studying space, there are not that many options (especially since Barnes and Nobles closed on Richmond Parkway a few years back). The starbucks in Pinole is a little crowded but whenever I come to the el sobrante starbucks, I can always find somewhere to sit inside or outside. Free wifi and friendly staff that I notice can recognize people who come in regularly.
I do have to complain about the occasional bum that hangs out outside the starbucks though. He threw a creamer at my friends car once. Also, last time I was here, there was like a fly infestation outside and a lot of them made their way inside so there were a bunch near the couches.
Also, if you decide to order their holiday salted caramel drink, remember to tell them to go easy on the salt because they have a heavy hand on it today when I ordered it.
Tip: ask for their holiday tasting card (buy 5 holiday drinks get one free!)

I don’t want to drink soda so, I’m going to drink some coffee from Starbucks instead. I like the Mint Espresso Mistos!

Good service! They always remember my drink order!
There’s always lots of people, here… and for good reason! Free WIFI and lots of laptop space. You’d never guess this place offers so much, especially right next to the Shell Station!
If the line is long, they’ll get through it, but sometimes I can’t wait… so I just come back at lunch ;-)
