Im not one to write a bad review, but i have nothing but problems here. This Morning i ordered a caramel latte, double smoked bacon sandwich and an almond croissant. I got something that doesn’t taste anything like a caramel latte, a cold sandwich and i had to yell 8 times over the noise in there that i asked for an almond croissant not a chocolate. Their drinks are always wrong and after today I’m done with them. $ 12.75 here for items that aren’t even good lets see how much i can spend to get good food now since i still haven’t eaten

I ordered a refresher with LIGHT ice and when I got my drink I took two sips and it was finished! Then I looked at the ice and it was almost to the top! On top of that they never have peach syrup and run out of most of everything

A few nights ago, I ordered an iced green tea latte and received chai instead; no biggie– the guy seemed to be new. I took it back and another(I assumed, more experienced) employee started on my new drink right away. I guess his conversation with the other employees was more important, though; he whipped this bad boy up without mixing it, and then after pouring it into the cup tried to shake it, causing it to spill out everywhere… dumbfounded. A while back, I ordered an iced latte with no ice and the drink came out with the cup only half full. I asked why it was only half full and was told it was because I did not get ice…

I’ve never been a fan of this Starbucks… But it’s convenient… I don’t even want to get into how rude the workers are or how slow they work… I want to talk about how I just slurped up a hair from my drink… So nasty!!! I’m done!

I am visiting family here from Seattle and this starbucks was close to my hotel. Wow the WORST customer service I have ever had. The girls working there are just there to socialize with each other. There was no one else in there and it took forever to get help. I did not even order anything special and the rude girl rolled her eyes at the other girl she was too busy talking to. Please go find other jobs if you dont want to wait on customers

I frequent this Starbucks every week and at least 3−4x per week. I don’t have any complaints about it. The staff is friendly, my drinks always taste consistently good and the bathroom is clean. This location gets pretty busy, especially the drive-thru from 8:30AM-10:00AM. It seems to be their peak hours even on a Saturday or Sunday. It is close to the freeways and other stores and fast food eats so it’s expected that it gets so busy.

Review #064 — 2016 I’ve been to this Starbucks on many occasions & have always received good service. They are definitely busier compared to the El Sobrante location since they are closer to the freeway & they also have a drive thru, which makes it a very convenient spot. I’ve ordered my drinks both inside the store and via drive thru and haven’t had any problem getting my drinks in a timely manner. I usually show up at odd hours of the day, so maybe that might be one of the main reasons why it’s never overly crowded. I actually used to frequent this spot a lot more because the El Sobrante spot didn’t always do a good job making my venti iced caramel macchiato correctly. But once the El Sobrante location got better, I kind of stopped coming here since it’s kind of out of my way unless I’m already in the area running other errands.

Allowing someone to wait in line for 10 plus minutes without even acknowledging my presence is pretty ridiculous ! 6 people were just walking by and fourth but no one offered to help me I’m pretty disappointed

Nothing like having the 6 people behind you get their drinks, having to ask 3 times if your drink is coming up and to finally get your drink and it tastes horrible. Thanks for my burnt milk. Fail

I had the worst experience here, the lady that was taking orders could not hear. When we tried to change ONE drink, she hesitated, complained. Also when we got to the window and all the drinks with the snacks were wrong. When we brought it to her attention she had an attitude and argued that we were the ones that ordered it like that. My cousin has to drink the strong coffee she gave us and she was really upset. Never returning.

This Starbucks is horrible! They wouldn’t let me add value to my friend’s barcode as a random act of kindness nor would they let me pay for someone’s drink at the drive thru. Hey Starbucks corporate why don’t u do something about this?!! There are generous people out there that wanna pay for someone’s coffee. This is really zero stars but Unilocal wants me to put a minimum on one star so this one star is a false rating.

I came in Thursday evening with friends. We were immediately greeted by a young man. He was friendly and very patient. After receiving our orders we noticed there were not any napkins. I approached the«Pick Up» counter and patiently waited for the employee(female, with long dark hair) to acknowledge me. When she finally looked up I kindly asked for some napkins. She looked at me, looked around, and responded, «You’re gonna hafta wait.» So I waited for a good five minutes while she continued to take orders from the«Drive Thru», and talk to other employees. I tired of waiting and finally walked out. This used to be my «go to» Starbucks. Not going back!

I read the reviews they have and I found that I wasn’t the only one that waited to be served for ever I was the only one in the line and there was to guys just doing things that can wait a minute to take my order but instead they just kept on staring at me acting like I wasn’t there. But you know what’s crazy tho, a lady came in to ask them to something for her and one of them just turned to be vacant in a second. She was beautiful tho, who am I to blame except the manager that didn’t know who to choose to hire. I am definitely never coming back here.

I absolutely hate this Starbucks location. I drive further away to the appian way Starbucks just to avoid this one. Went here just recently out of sheer convenience and was once again reminded why I hate this place. 1. The customer service is consistently bad. You get ignored, they’re dumb as rocks, and are as slow as molasses. 2. There quick to take your money and get the line down while coffee orders continues to back up and the employees have zero sense of urgency. 3. This may sound trivial but this location is constantly out of cinnamon. It may sound stupid but when ur paying 4 – 5 dollars for a cup of coffee and advertise urself as a high end coffee place then you should have cinnamon. To be out of it once in a while I can understand but it’s constant. 4. Lastly the place is just so poorly run. The management seems non existent. The employees are always yapping about their personal lives when they should be working. It’s very annoying. Hence I go to a further location which none of these issues ever arise.

It’s a Starbucks with a drive-thru in a large suburban strip mall, near a number of other strip-malls/chain stores, etc. It has a fairly large seating area, with lots of reasonably comfortable wooden chairs — not great for super-long-term sitting, but good enough for a tutoring session of an hour or two. There’s WiFi, coffee, prepackaged meals, baked goods, etc. Basically, it’s a new-ish suburban Starbucks. I’m never in a hurry when I come to a coffee shop(I know I’m going to be tutoring there for the next hour or two), so I don’t have a problem with waiting for my coffee. Usually, it’s easy enough for me to wait until there’s no line, then go get my coffee. It’s about the same at any coffee shop I’ve ever patronized. Basically, if you’re in a hurry, this place probably isn’t a good bet. If you want to be left alone while you work, chat with your friends, read, etc. it IS a good bet. This isn’t like some Starbucks, Peet’s, or other places, where the music is played at «One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest» levels to encourage you to leave, so all in all, it suits my purposes exactly. Update: The last time I was there, I noticed more noise and louder music, but it wasn’t any more than you’d get at most Starbucks. So I guess it’s hit or miss on the noise level. I had to talk to someone(tutoring), so that got a little annoying. Headphones, especially noise-cancelling ones, would help if you’re just there to read, work on your computer, etc.

This is a newer Starbucks so it has good food options. The only problem is that it’s super busy which means you will wait for quite a while for your drink. The counter person was just ok. Kinda spaced out, but she was friendly. 1 star loss just because of the wait time.

So I work at another Starbucks location so I know Starbucks works. I know the level of customer service is expected. First, I ordered through the drive thru initially. I didn’t get a greeting of a «hello, how are you doing» or even a simple«hello». I just heard, «what would you like?». I specifically said, «May I please get 3 trenta green teas with light ice?» «2 unsweetened and 1 with 2 pumps of mango syrup». And yes I understand it is a drive thru, but I had to repeat myself about 5 times. So I drove up to the window to pay for my drinks to see that the barista didn’t have their hair tied up and the barista giving me my drink had the most attitude while telling me the partner number I had given him didn’t match my ID. We drove off to find out the unsweetened ice teas were sweetened. So we drove back to get our drinks fixed, then when we asked to get the drink fixed, the same barista with the untied hair had rolled her eyes and began to make the drink. My friend politely reminded her to put light ice in the drinks and the barista rudely said«I know». When we handed us the drinks, she said«here» with the most attitude. Side note: They love to talk to each than give great customer service, or any service at all. I wish I could give a zero rating.
