Every time i come here there is always a problem. No please or thank you, no greeting or invite back and the food takes FOREVER!!! This time we came and ordered a couple of famous bowls and a 6 piece chicken tenders. When we ordered they told us it would be 7 minutes to cook the chicken. No problem, we were in the drive thru and other cars were ahead of us so waiting isnt an issue. Get to the window to pay and they tell us it will be 7 more minutes and to please park. Ok, they must have forgotten to put chicken on. Annoying but fine. We were parked for 15 minutes before we went to check on the chicken and it was waiting for us. I understand that being short staffed makes working a little harder but this is a reoccurring issue and management really needs to step in and retrain their crew.

I stopped at this location about 12:15 pm. There were 2 visible cars in the drive through. I went in to have a sit down lunch. The restaurant was empty besides one man sitting gown eating his food. I went to the counter and noticed 3 people in the kitchen and one lady working the drive through. Nobody approached me to take my order. I waited patiently for 3 – 4 minutes. Eventually the drive through lady came in my direction and said«Hello». Apparently she was talking to a driver in the drive through line. When I thought she was talking to me I replied«Hi how are you?» She stuck her hand up and motioned for me to be quiet. I was stunned but continued to wait another 3 – 4 minutes hoping to salvage something out of this. Eventually I just walked out. I doubt they never knew I was there.

Hands down the worst KFC ever! I’ve been living in the area for 5 years and more often than not, the experience has been bad. Mostly soupy mashed potatoes, wrong order, and long waits for the(simple) order of food. Tonight, I’ve had it. My receipt shows I placed a 3 piece chicken box meal to go at 8:41pm. I got my order at 9:12… 30 minutes?!? And this happens maybe 3 out of 5 times I pick up an order for my family.(1

Seriously you guys gotta get it together. Every time I come here you screw up something. I spent $ 47 dollars going through drive thru, you don’t have all of the items but first, you don’t tell me, you go tell me to pull into the parking lot so you can bring it out right away. 17 minutes later… you bring my food. I originally asked for extra hot sauce and you forgot. I finally get home to eat this meal and I am missing my gravy and no damn sauce for my popcorn chicken??? To top it all off, my cover on my Cole slaw was not even closed all the way so it spills all over since who ever packed my food was to cheap to give me two separate bags and shoved everything into one. I ordered the family meal with the add on of large popcorn chicken, 4 chocolate chip cookies and added 20 hot wings. This meal has 2 large mash and gravy, Cole slaw and I added a large Mac n cheese. If you want to be technical, one small gravy instead of the two I was supposed to get. Who ever the manager is needs to step up and pay attention since obviously you can’t get it right.

It was nice that they brought my Doubleicious order to my car since it takes 7 minutes to cook, but when I got home there was no bun! Also, they gave us no napkins and no utensil to eat the mashed potatoes with.

It’s fast food, and very few people have not eaten at KFC so I will spare the culinary aspect of my review. The females(dare I call them women) who work here are slow, unprofessional, rude, and inefficient. I have never had a decent let alone good drive through experience. They are rude once they greet you, rush you through the ordering process, ALWAYS forget something, and half the time you have to park and wait for your order. I’m not sure who’s fault it is that they always need to make more chicken(isn’t that what you’re in business for, you should always have some ready). The last time I came here I had to repeat my order three times before getting my food, park and recite my order again to make sure I was getting the right food, and the girl bringing it to my car forgot my drink. Get home and my 10 piece honey BBQ wings are actually an 8 piece regular hot wings and my fill up meal is missing a cookie. I’m one of those people who complains to corporate, not just on Unilocal,so do yourself a favor and fill out the online survey. You know you’ll be back here one day, let them pay for your meal with the voucher they’ll send you in the mail.

This is the most poorly managed Kentucky fried chicken I have ever been to in my life. I am 63 years old and I love Kentucky fried chicken. The store is managed by the most incredibly idiotic people I have ever come across. Every time I go there they are in total chaos. The last time I was stuck in the back of the store in line in my car for 15 minutes. Trapped claustrophobic know where to go. One month for while I was in line I was approached by beggars while I was trapped in line again with nowhere to go no way to get out

Customer services is terrible. Went through the drive thru with family, and the worker or initiated the order was so rude. We ordered a kids meal and my brother was wondering Mac and cheese was a choice(not knowing it was just a side). And the worker lashed back with«what kind, I said ?!» Not answering his initial question of if he can get Mac and cheese but Rudely tried to tell him yes he can get Mac and cheese but also a main chicken item. We could tell through the intercom she was annoyed or whatever that someone else had to take over our order. When we pulled up to get our food we saw the worker, SHEHASBURGUNDY/REDISH hair with the most sour smirk on her face. The whole time I was watching her make outer food which took 10 minutes in the drive thru. This place has no standards or customer first attitude. Leave your attitude at home or just don’t come to work cause people don’t wanna be around that.

I think its time to say that fast food service has lost its appeal. I think the A&W/KFC at Richmond Parkway seems to have better service and more organized. Just the view from the drive thru scared me away. Fixtures broken, leaks coming from the machine, sauces on the floor. Several teens not being managed, which would explain the 20 minute wait. I guess its not a well oiled franchise like many of the other fast food restaurants near by. If you happen to want chicken on a deal. KFC isn’t bad in terms of food, but definitely don’t look inside the drive thru because its almost as bad as Church’s chicken in El Cerrito across the BART station in terms of cleanliness.

I swear the Survival of Our Species is Doomed! Either that or people are getting more Stupid instead of Smart!!! Not even 15 Minutes Ago I go through the Drive-Thru and Order a #7, 12-Piece Tenders, 6 Whole Wings, and a Large Mashed Potatoes and Gravy! Now the 6 Whole Wings and Large Mashed Potatoes must have confused the hell out of the Girl because after I said I wanted a Large Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, she said an 8-Piece Fill-Up would be better cause then I’d get 2 Large Mash and Gravy, Coleslaw, and 4 Biscuits! So I’m like ok, but I want 8 Whole Wings! Why the FUCK do I get home to find a 12-Piece Tenders and an 8-MIXED Piece Fill-Up!!! Always double-check your Order before you Leave! The Girl should have repeated my Order back to me before telling me to pull Forward! How does this happen when the Drive-Thru Line is Empty, nobody is inside the Place, and you repeatedly say«8 Whole Wings»??? Do people just not understand English anymore??? Dude seriously, fast food is fast food And I definitely don’t expect the service to be out of this world or even good here to be honest… But the ppl here just walk into arguements. I know what it’s like to be in customer service and retail industry and it’s difficult dealing with the public– trust me customers suck BUT this place, smfh It’s one of those things where they’re in a bad mood bc they have to be there and 9 bucks an hour of someone’s time to make ends meet is just exhausting YET they want to be pissy and then the customers get crazy back I’ve witnessed crazy things here where I’m like if this shit is too stressful I’ll take my business somewhere else And on top of that they always forget at least ONE thing that I ordered wether it’s biscuits or a side It’s always one thing

If I could give 0 stars I would. Last night at 9:30, we went to this KFC and we orders three meals. They let us know it’ll be a minute, so just park and they’ll bring it out. We were parked by ANOTHER car who was waiting for their dinner.(They were before us) THIRTYMINUTESLATER. The other car finally went back through the drive thru to complain. They finally received their food after being at the window again for 10 minutes. And then we got ours as well. DONTWASTEYOURTIME. 40 minutes later we got our food. And the girls at the window were extremely rude. Like we were a burden on they’re day. Sorry, but you work there. Try to throw on a fake smile. Don’t waste your time trying to call. They don’t answer and don’t have a machine to leave a message.

This was our second visit specifically for the popcorn chicken and potato wedges. First of all, we never ever guessed that we were going to get so many wedges in a single order. And they are seasoned. Very tasty, some were a little crispy and that was very okay as well. The popcorn chicken is a real treat. No bones, all good white meat and our Yeti-moose-lamb loves them. It’s a nice change from burgers or sandwiches. It is a little pricey, but I’m figuring you’re paying for the real deal. I haven’t been inside, just the drive thru. The people who waited on us both times have been very friendly. We get our order quickly and we’re on our way. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here when we have chicken needs that have to be filled.

This location is a pretty standard KFC. The chicken seems to be hot out of the fryer. KFC is not my favorite chicken but I do enjoy it now and then. This location is close to home, so the chicken is hot when I bring home. The people working here are always pleasant and the line moves quickly.

Service is horrible. i love kfc but will never come back to this one. the manager/supervisor not sure are not professional(translate as you will). I placed an order for a bucket, sides and one of their chicken sandwiches. They told me it would be 20 minutes and to find a parking spot and wait. I’d been here so although this sounds weird, I parked. After 30 minutes and getting tired of seeing other vehicles take off with their food I went inside. For goodness sakes its not like I asked them for something off menu nor do they make their chicken per order. As I walked in they told me my order was next. I received my order and of corse it was messed up. Wrong chicken sandwich. I told them and they said it would be another 5 – 10 minutes. Finally got the sandwich and the gal Sid she needed to take back the wrong sandwich. I told her it’d be great if you could let me have if since I’ve now been waiting over 45 minutes for KFC, she said no and proceeded to reach across me and into my bag with now colder fried chicken. She turned around and walked away muttering what I could have sworn we’re cuss words. As if this was my fault. I checked my receipt verified I had ordered the correct sandwich and they had messed up. Lame! So good bye KFC in Pinole!

1. Sitting at the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence for 10 minutes now. You suck. 2.
