McDonald’s

Unilocal says it opens till 2am. Im writing this review as parking right in front of the store. Yes all i see is them cleaning up the store and not even paying attention to me. It is clear to me they are closed already. So if you do not opem till 2am. Please fix your hour on Unilocal to avoid any inconvenient for us customer.

I gave this McDonald’s two stars because I usually don’t have an issue with this one however when I was last there a couple of days ago I noticed a lady working in the second window taking drive through orders and rubbing all over and behind her ear and hair while opening cups and what not for customers. I was beyond grossed out, I believe that was the nail in the fast food coffin for me

Some of these people writing negative reviews about this McDonald’s are spoiled millennials who expect everything handed to them and want the place to look like every other new age shopping center that looks exactly the same! Most cities all look the same now and I don’t even know what freaking city I’m in! Oh it’s true, it’s damn true.
This is the best McDonald’s by far I have ever been to. It’s located on a hill by itself away from other establishments (so much you don’t have to be surrounded by yuppies when you come to grab a bite). They never mess up my order here, and everything is fresh and hot when served to you. Most of the employees are friendly and do their job the right, so good in fact I’d give them my Olympic gold medals!
Spacious seating, fast moving lines, clean! What more could you ask for? If there was anything negative about the place I’d say it’s that the soda fountain is located behind the cash register… it’s an older building which I enjoy so not much to complain about in that regard, they’re actually just saving me from diabetes by doing this. So thank you for keeping me healthy McDonald’s (:

They have one girl that works there who knows what she is doing. I just went in a bought 3 sausage mcmuffins and opened it up and has no sausage… Seriously. Terrible service.

This McDonald’s is by far the best one here in the Bay. I come here from Richmond only because i love the Manager here. Her name is Maria or Marie, correct me if i’m wrong. And yes! There are a few McDonalds in Richmond but every location i went to seems so unsanitized and dirty looking:/ seriously! I mean i know its a fast food restaurant but still, we eat the food there so we wanna see it clean. We also want a friendly staff with smiles on thier faces. Well this location’s got it and is great! Manager here is doing a great job on maintaining it very clean and thier service is an A+++ McDonald’s is everyones favorite! Thank u Maria or Marie and her whole staff here for always providing the best service of the fast food environment! You’ll be seeing me and my friends here alot:).-Janne

It shows on Unilocal that they are still open and that the hours are 4am-​2am. We went to check after a big move and of course this place is closed. C’mon guys.

They would get zero stars if i could. Always cold food bad service i have called corporate serval times seems like they do nothing about it

This is my Go To McDonald’s since this is the only one about 10 minute walk from my home. The food here is pretty nice, I come here every other day because all the other food stores are too far, but i can’t go wrong with McDonald’s, I’ve always enjoyed it. Only 4 stars because of the multiple times that they have messed up my order, inside & drive through. Inside they accidentally gave me a medium cup instead of small so they charged extra, but the manager refunded my money, and still let me keep the medium, thanks for that. The drive thru, I ordered about 4 different drinks and they handed them to me individually, first drink came out done, I was still waiting for my Other drinks. They came back to my window & asked is there anything else. I said yeah. My other drinks. They handed me my second drink & asked me again. The same process happened until I got all 4 of my drinks.

this Mac is literally in the hills of Pinole. hard to see except for the Mac sign near the driveway.

The crew at 8:30 am was courteous and fast. The place was clean enough. The eggs, sausage and English muffin were good, too, but the fried hash brown patty ruined the whole meal. They should have changed the cooking oil DAYS ago. The potatoes tasted so rancid that the bad flavor stayed with me through the whole meal and later.
I have noticed the same with their fries recently but not as bad as today.
Trying to save money by using the oil past it’s time is not a good idea.

This location isn’t exceptional, nor is it terrible. I feel like their service has gotten a little faster. As far as the staff is concerned, it’s hit or miss. Most people are nice and friendly, but some are rude. However, I haven’t received a messed up order from them in quite some time, so that’s a plus. The line in drive thru can be pretty long in the mornings and during lunch, so going inside can be a little faster.

Well, we actually broke down and ordered chicken nuggets for the first time. Not so bad! Or we were really, really hungry. Used the drive thru so were out on our way in no time. Also enjoyed our staple favorite, the chocolate chip frappé’. Thank you McDonalds for that brain freeze every weekend!

they have never been rude to me here. my order has always been correct. it’s near my house. they’re open on new years day

ZERO STARS. the drive through staff is ALWAYS rude but let me go in and we’re face to face — then the attitude stops. probably because there’s not a window dividing us.

Unfortunately this is the only Mcdo nearby to my work place. I honestly like going to McDo. You just can’t go wrong with their damn delicious meals and unbeatable deals!!!
This place in particular though can be displeasing.
Their drive thru is shaped so oddly and they are never correct on my order (my order is very easy. NO CHEESE. Add lettuce).
The other thing is their inside is always messy and that’s because it’s near a school and kids seem to just tear this place up.

My order was missing ½ of the ingredients on the burger, I had them make a new one. I gave them 3 stars because the manager was very helpful by bringing my order to the table (both times); because of my broken foot.

Horrible drive thru service. Has happen so much made me want to write a review. Finally went inside in hopes it would be faster. Not so much. Was even worse service. Manager is like watching paint dry. Horrible customer service skills with not just me but with others in line too. Never again will I go there.

I’ve been going to this Mcdonald’s since I was a kid.
A lot has changed inside the restaurant since then. I used to play on their playpins when I was 7, had my birthday party when I was 8, and ate numerous amounts of Big Mac over the years.
25 years later, I’m still eating here about every other week. I usually order the same things, either a Big Mac, chicken nuggets, small fries, garden salad, McChicken, Oreo McFlurry or a Coke.
But dislike their limited edition or more recent menu items such as the Chicken McWrap, Angus Burger, Fruit n Yogurt Parfait, and McRib.
Other than that, they’ve had consistent quick accurate service and rarely screwed up my order.

We came here for lunch, last Oct. 2. They’re kind of busy but got our orders right away.
Always have available seat for you; they have a playground for kids at the back. The Burger that I ordered was so delicious, it’s an Angus with Mushroom and Swiss cheese, I requested
For American cheese on mine. The Beef is perfect, the Saltiness, the juice, the texture, wow, and the condiments are just perfect.
Its worth it really!, the Fries are salty so just shake out the extra salts, that’s bad for you.

Located just across Safeway. I almost always go here after my dental appointments. Convenient location. Ample parking. Service tends to be slow at times. Soda machine is behind the counter so it’s a hassle to ask for a refill especially if there’s a long line of customers.
