The sandwiches are good, but the demeanor of the servers leaves much to be desired. Both women working at the establishment are glum and negative at best. While giving them your selections, they act as though they are doing you a favor and to speed it up. Am I missing something?

I’m traumatized with Subway after my sandwich had a dead fly in it. It could have been worse and I would have eaten the fly and not even know it haha. It happens because it’s an open space for particles to land in the food. The lady was very friendly. She was offering to make me a brand new sandwich or free chips but I had no appetite after that.

This is a good subway. They don’t skimp on the meat like I’ve experienced at other locations. Plenty of seating and the place always seems very clean. I’ll continue to go there for a quick dinner.

This Subway makes awesome sandwiches! We had them cater a community event with 10 foot longs and they did a great job! Delivered them on time, all were generously made, fresh and delicious, with condiments on the side, as we asked. The Manager, Raj, was very helpful and made sure we got what we ordered. I highly recommend this Subway to groups who want their event catered. Thanks Raj!

NO WAY! My sanity will not allow it. This place is terrible. Between the old, brown lettuce and the browning avocado; I cannot go back. And to add insult to injury, I love watching the rude and unfriendly employees slop their «fresh» veggies onto my sandwich.
Yes please, just throw it on there, it’s not like I’m going to eat this later.
They take ZERO pride in their job or in the product they serve. This location functions as if it were a McDonalds.
Save your money and make your own sandwiches because this place has nothing but poor quality to offer.

Great neighborhood Subway. Their quick, polite and get you out of there in 5 minutes. It’s well kept — someone is either wiping down the tables or sweeping the floors. One of the better Subways I have been to and will keep coming back.

I have been going to this subway for almost a year now the people here are friendly and they almost know what kind of fix ins I like on my sandwich. Some times they make my sandwich kind of sloppy. The one thing I hate is sloppy/messy foods. All in all good place to eat and for some reason they have wifi witch is a plus.

By far the best Subway spot I’ve ever been in. The moment you walk in you can feel the positive vibes the entire place exudes — from its décor to its employees behind the counter… it has a very welcoming atmosphere unlike many Subways I’ve entered.
Maybe I just happened to walk in during a really busy time but there was quite a long line when I got there so it seems like this place gets busier than most Subways but the line went by pretty quick — the employees were fast, full of energy, happy and even greeted their customers with a smile! I hope this is a consistent thing because I’ll be taking the long way home just to get a sandwich here more often!

I go to this Subway location in particular often. The service is great, they’ve never screwed my order, and it’s clean. However it doesn’t seem like they’re always happy working there. Maybe it’s cuz they deal w/the rude/ghetto customers sometimes. (I’m not one of those troublemakers)
Their cookies are like OMG! SO F**KIN’ GOOD! esp the chocolate chip. Their sandwiches are decent, not as high quality as Panera Bread or Boudin, but not so terrible that you’d wanna puke it out the next day.
This place is also great for people who are watching their diet or calories since everything in Subway has less than 1000 calories. Oh and did I already mention the cookies!!! =D

For some weird reason, this Subway made my usual Subway sandwich NOT taste like a Subway sandwich.
I loved it! I have two Subways closer to my house, but I’d probably drive all the way here for their polite service and their magic hands.

Cant beat $ 5 sub’s, and while they might not be real deli sandwiches, they are considerably healthier than the local greasy burger joint. My favorite is the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. I have to say, the staff her is super friendly, far more welcoming than most fast food places in the bay area. It’s always a pleasure.

Love this location. Clean, polite, well ventilated — what more can I ask for? Similar Subway items but for some reason, the quality is much better here. Helpful employees, very accommodating with the extra/no requests. Parking is a pain esp during peak hours but if you hit the area across the way, tons of empty spots there.

Whenever in the area, I stop at this Subway. It’s clean, fairly new, and the staff tends to be polite and friendly. This location carries all the subway sandwiches advertised on billboards, internet, and TV. Not all locations honor every special, but this location does a good job on honoring all promotions and carrying new menu items. There never tends to be a line and service is always quick. Unfortunately, Hollywood Video is going out of business next door and this might bring less people into this Subway location. I hope this location can stay afloat because it has some real friendly people working behind the counter. Try the pizza!
