Lol Panera isn’t that great to begin with, but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The sandwiches were ridiculously small and all of our soups were salty. I also asked for metal spoons because they gave my mom a dirty one and didn’t give me one at all and they said they didn’t have any that moment… But when it’s not busy you should go and wash some yourself for a customer if they ask. My turkey BLTA was flavorless and didn’t even have mayo, which I thought was standard for BLT’s. The only good part was the two bites of Mac and cheese I shared with my cousin and the ice tea

Good food. Nice staff. The worst internet connection. I have made the mistake of coming here over and over again on days where I am the only person or there are 20 other people and the internet is literally non existent. Don’t waste your time if you want to connect to the Web. It won’t work or it will work for a few minutes and cut out

This isn’t my favorite Panera. It always looks neglected sort of like people aren’t regularly sweeping the floor, or like the employees run the store work little supervision. Also the attendants are not the most professional. I don’t want to hear that your hungry and don’t feel like working nor is it appropriate to shout across the restaurant from the front to the kitchen with your colleagues. It’s also lot appropriate to blame customers for your mistakes. All owners ask which side(baguette, apples etc…) you prefer prior to completing the order!!! A little too unpolished I don’t care what their age is or cognitive skills are

No one in line before work on a Thursday. I brought in some assorted bagels for my coworkers. I love their cream cheese! Lots of options. Panera is a favorite! They don’t get a higher review from me yet, cause this was just the average, run in — run out, kind of trip. Nothing special or detrimental to report.

This rating is only for their internet connection(everything else is good). Their internet connection is TERRIBLE. and it is not because there were a lot of people sharing. It’s early morning on a holiday. I may be the only one here. It takes literally 6 minutes to load a page and eats 4% of your battery. I’d rather use up my mobile data and look up things without their connection. Irritating.

Monday May 30, 20168:30 pm Geeze, I just don’t think Panera headquarters cares about this Pinole location. A lot of one star posts and no comments from Panera’s headquarters. To me, this shows they have given up on this location and wants it to fail. :-( Tonight my wife and I arrived at 8:30 and was served by cashier Wendy. Wendy is super nice, very efficient and overall an excellent person to do business with. They should make her a District Manager. What’s so disappointing, is Panera’s General Manager, Jerel, just doesn’t care enough to «take care of business.» His mismanagement leads to constantly running out of food. For instance, tonight Jerel allowed the store to run out of Baguettes. Imagine that, a bread store running out of bread. That’s like a liquor store running out of beer. Often times when I get ready to order, my first question is «what are you out of tonight ?» Also, tonight being cold outside, my wife and I like to sit at a booth near the gas fire place. Problem is it’s not been working for 5 – 6 weeks. This tells me Jerel doesn’t care enough for his customers to spend $ 20.00 to install a new thermocouple and get the fire place working. All the money Panera spends on advertising may have well go down a dark hole when Jerel doesn’t hold up his end. This is not all me, look at a number of recent posts. I ask Wendy to have the District Manager, Erin, to call me. I can only assume Erin doesn’t care about all the negative posts and the fire place not working for the past 5 – 6 weeks because if she cared, she would fixed the fire place, responded to all the negative posts and brought in a new General Manager who will not run out of bread. Also, the store personal are not allowed to give out the District Manager’s contact information. What a dumb policy. It sends the message, «If you have a problem or praise, don’t call me, I have more important things to do.» Nothing is more important than taking care of the customers who put cash in your registrars. This simple act keeps the pay checks from bouncing. :-) Geeze, this is not rocket science. :-( Signed, Randy O.

I had a pick 2 deal. My salad was excellent and my sandwich was a sandwich made with fresh ingredients. Cashier was nice and I got my food quick. Healthy fast food.

We call this place dinner and a show because this is THE ratchet panera. All the staff constantly fights and are rude to eachother in front of customers arguing about training eachother. Arguing about who is doing their job. Arguing about who isn’t the boss of who. Don’t get me wrong the food is good when they don’t run out of everything but the drama is pretty intense for a bread shop.

Just got done eating here or should I say wasting my money and time. I order a lemonade that came in what appears a child size cup. The food was so bad I couldn’t even force my self to eat it. I got a meat panini and there was maybe a piece or 2 of meat with the most nasty onion in the world on it. My girlfriend also said here sandwich was terrible. Glad we wasted $ 25 and I’m still hungery

Great concept, good food but very poorly run location. Seems like they are out of more things than they actually have to sell. Pitiful service. Seriously, who runs out of tuna salad before noon on Thursday?

FYI — it’s a fast food place. They don’t sell bread — I was told at 11:30am — «we’ve been busy, it’s all gone.» Still looking for somewhere to buy bread… yikes!

Run of the mill Panera, you know what you’re getting for food, but EXTREMELY poor management. Got an order for my team of 11 players on the rapid order online and they forgot a whole meal and then told me I was wrong and they included it. Well they DIDNT, and still had to pay for it. Very unhappy.

Panera produces some good tasting creations, but they are only fooling some of us into thinking they operate a real kitchen back there. I ordered chicken tortellini, which was damn good flavor wise but not impressive otherwise. Allow me to explain… A SMALL chunk of chicken was just thrown on top of my pasta like a garnish(rather than an ingredient). Check out the pic I uploaded if you’re curious how small. Not only that but some of my pasta was warm and some was cold. How many microwaves you got back there Panera?!! Smh Lemonade was good even if it came out of a plastic foodservice container. Fancy! Hardly worth $ 12, even when accompanied by some cold hard prisoner bread.

I agree with the other reviewers that this location runs out of stuff REGULARLY! I must say though that Barbara(with the hand written name tag) was wonderful. It was nice to have a kind person check on us. Although they were still out of what I wanted to eat. WHODOESYOURORDERING???

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and I’m always happy. I think it could be better based on my other panera experiences. mainly presentation etc but I’m not going to get picky. I always order online and then drive down. Everything is ready and still warm. My go to is the Thai salad, my husband usually gets the blt sandwich and this time around I got my daughter the Greek yogurt with honey and almonds.

Now let me preface this review with the fact that I Actually love panara and would choose it over any fast food establishment. Unfortunately this location has failed me time and time again. About two weeks ago I came here with my family for dinner after a long day at work and no desire to think about what to have for dinner. Everything on the menu was out due to a large catering order earlier that day. They had no white bread, no Mac n cheese, they were unwilling to sub the buttered noodles. It was a complete mess. We ended up paying almost $ 70 for a dinner that none of us liked because it was nothing we wanted. The kids grilled cheese was made twice and both times is was a brick. Tasteless and impossible for my two year old to eat. They did refund the sandwich after making it twice, but they never offered a free Pastry as noted on their receipts. The other day I tried to order breakfast online and everything was sold out and it was only 9AM. When I complain to corporate they sent me an email stating they were sorry that I had a bad experience blah blah blah. clearly no one read my email.

All Panera’s are not created equal! This Pinole location… not so great! For a $ 30 meal, for two people, my soup arrived in a paper cup and the salad lettuce was not fresh.

Good place to have sandwich, soup, salad, or mix the items to do half and half. Love their Roasted Turkey & Caramelized Kale Panini and Steak & Arugula Sandwich. For salad, I would recommend their Mediterranean Quinoa Salad or Chicken Soba Noodle Salad with peanut sauce. I do like their Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Bistro French Onion Soup. I mainly come here to order their«pick two» items. They have an outdoor patio, but the only view you will see are cars on the street and parking spaces. Limited parking spaces for this store, but can park next to Wells Fargo Bank. So far that I have gone, had no problems with customer service. Helpful with their menu items offered and did have friendly staff to take my order. Quality of the food I ordered had been great. As far as my overall experience, I find it convenient when I want to order a sandwich, soup, or salad. I felt content with what was ordered, but not really enthusiastic of the store however.

I came here three times while here for work. The staff was friendly and the quality of the food was whAt I would expect from panera bread So. The three stars are due to the other customers. The customer base is extremely rude to the staff. Happened all three times I ate here. Rude people all around here. Tip: don’t be rude to people who make your food. Really. The staff remained profession in the face of the constant entitled people who visit here.

In the midst if all my freeway driving I like to stop off at this location. The folk are friendly, glad to see me and very helpful. Their pick two option is good because you can mix it up and order a soup and salad or soup and sandwich. Your choice! I like have options. Who doesn’t? Grabbing a booth by the fire place is always great during the winter. It’s a charming way to warm up on a rainy day. The lovely servers come around and check on you to make sure you have what you need. They’ll even get a refill on your drink for you. That’s amazing at a place like this. Stop on by sometime. They’ll make you feel like family. Way to go Panera Bread Pinole! Great job!
