Andres has excellent customer service and is very polite. he is an assest to Wendy’s. The chili was excellent.$ 4 for four is great when u r on a budget. You get a bacon cheeseburger, a soda, french fries and 4 nuggets.

Usually very, very slow compared to other Wendy’s. They frequently get my order wrong and/or leave items out Today I ordered a large chili. I was given a small and it’s only ¾ of the way full. I’ve had it with this dishonest business and the rude fat lady with the hair lip

i should have just waited in the long line at mcdonalds or hit up burger king. I just now ordered a 4 for $ 4 large combo. and didn’t even get the spicy chicken nuggets I ordered. Instead I only receive the sauce for the nuggets. what kind of crap is this. you guys need to fire your high ass employees.

These people are as dumb as rocks. My boyfriend ordered a green tea lemonade and upon receiving the drink asked again if it was green tea lemonade since it just looked like lemonade. They said yes, and whoopdeedoo my boyfriend brought the drink home to me and I take a sip and guess what it is… regular f*cking lemonade.

Got a chicken Caesar salad and it was underlying DISGUSTING! How could you mess up a salad? I’ll tell you how. The chicken was RAW and the cheese taste rotten. I’m so disgusted. Get your salads elsewhere.

My review is based on my most recent drive thru visit to this location. The young lady working at the drive thru window was a breath of fresh air. What has happened to good service with these places? beats me. She was very friendly and kept a smile on her face the whole time I was at the window. To put a cherry on top, she went even further to say«Would you like Ketchup with that? Thank you mam, Have a Great Day!» As for the this location, I have no complaints, They have always bagged my food hot and I cant say that Ive ever been short on anything. Wish I could say the same for others that are very nearby…

I had to wait a few days to write this post so the people that work here will(most likely) not remember me. I was originally supposed to go to the Wingstop next door but they were too crowded and I didn’t want to wait that long, so I walked on over to this place. When I was ordering, the cashier could not understand what I was trying to order. I thought I was speaking clearly. I’m pretty sure I was. After the cashier took my order, she went to the back and said something(I don’t know what) and I see someone from the back looking at me with a smirk on HIS face. I am more than certain that the cashier said something about me. When the order came out, I asked the cashier for some mayonnaise and she said«HUH?!» … and I repeated, «MAYOPLEASE.» The cashier was rude. They’re just lucky the food was good.

I really like Wendy’s but the drive-thru service has really dropped off at this location. The new staff can be just plain rude. Today I was excited about trying the new pulled pork sandwich. There was less than a tablespoon of meat on the sandwich. I don’t judge a restaurant from one bad meal but that on top of the service and it’s In & Out from here on in.

I ordered: 6pc spicy chicken nugget, large fry, jr bacon cheeseburger, and large unsweetened iced tea. Fry was literally half empty, and they were piping hot so I know they were fresh as opposed to giving me the bottom of the barrel and not filling it up all the way. My 6pc spicy chicken nugget was a 5 piece. These were cold and had clearly been sitting out, so I assume they just didn’t want to make more. The iced tea was so sweet with sugar a spoon would stand up in it. Jr bacon cheeseburger was fine. I asked for ketchup and ranch. He handed me one of each. Conclusion: they’re STINGY and don’t even give you what you pay for. I a

Now-for what’s really on people’s minds: How is this Pinole Wendy’s? One word review: STRANGE. Zoey and I got stuck in traffic on 80W after a long, active day in SF and by the time we got to Pinole, something like an hour and a half passed that was not accounted for in our itinerary, and the idea of going home and cooking after another hour on the road(because of the hateful people that won’t buy a damn toll tag and then go on to clog up the fastrak lanes-seriously these people should not be allowed to vote without a toll tag-but I’ve already gone off about this in another review) just was not gonna happen. So Zoey chooses from the abundant health-less options available to her, Wendy’s, because she liked«that girl» and off we went. Notably, this drive-thru had the shortest line. More notably, these drive-thrus in Pinole are straight up crackalacking! Man, this is where the people of Pinole be AT at 11:30pm. No lie! So I order a salad(wasn’t terrible) and got Zoey some type of unbreaded chicken since when asked she stated: «I want a chicken.» OK! Then I asked the lady to sub Z’s drink for a frosty(because the frosty is the reason a person GOES to Wendy’s, duh!) and she gives me the go ahead and I asked her for a regular frosty for me. The food comes out and it is fine. Straws were missing but I just went and got some more. Then I look in my rearview and Zoey’s giving me this«Do you think I am an idiot?» look. I ask, what’s wrong, and she holds up her frosty and it looks like a plastic shot glass with some frosty in it. I then examined mine as well and it too was incredibly small. At the window, I just asked the lady to make Zoey’s a normal size, and that money wasn’t an object, I just need this baby to be happy. She comes back with the same damn frosty and then I just bolted. Must have come during a shift change or maybe they’re having a serious frosty shortage. To test my theory, we came back in ten minutes and ordered the same frosties. They were the normal sizes the second time around. Zoey thought she died and gone to heaven while I contemplated how big a deal to make out of this, with the receipts in one hand and Wendy’s ass about to be handed back to her in the other. However, that cheerful little face in my rearview kept me from going off the deep end and I decided to use the situation to my own advantage. Remember when I got you two frosties, Zoey?! The point of this review is that, really, the only reason people opt for fast food is because they are in a hurry, the food is cheap, and convenience is the priority. Thus, two stars. I awarded them an extra star because the frosties were good. But this was not convenient, my friends-paying for frosties twice is not my favorite.

With buddy. I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, but the two ladies who were working ignored us for more than a minute when we had pulled up to the drive through. But instead of responding to calls, shut the drive through lights off. And ignored us when we pulled up to the window. We wound up going to taco bell next door instead, at 1:50(there is an advert on the window at Wendy’s that says open till 2am). I guess instead of enjoying a spicy chicken sandwich like I wold have preferred. I had to settle for Taco-Hell and will probably enjoy a flaming bout of acrid pestilence expelling from my bowels. So thank you Wendy’s of Pinole! Thank You!

I only come here for their Chilies, spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. which are all good but nothing special. It is simply a fast food restaurant that allows a different variety of food.

Nothing special, but nothing bad either. Just seemed like any other Wendys to me. I ordered the berry salad without almonds and ny bf ordered a regular cheeseburger and we shared a small fries. My salad came fast and exactly as I ordered and everything else was good. No complaints.

While I like the food, getting the food is the hard part. I was told to park out front and wait for them to bring it to me. Since there wasn’t a parking spot directly in front of their door, I parked in front of the Wing place. After 20 minutes, I was tired of waiting and went in and asked what the hold up was. The drive thru queen was too lazy to look for me sitting in the parking lot with the engine running and headlights on. He pointed to 3 now empty spots that I should have parked in while they were occupied 20 minutes earlier.

This place charges a crazy strange and unfair .59 cent fee to anyone who uses a credit card! This is likely illegal in California. I probably should have just walked out but since I had cash and was hungry, I paid cash. But I cannot recommend this place to anyone since they do not inform you of this fee up front and when you ask them about it, they act evasive, like they are doing you some sort of favor or something. If I was the owner of this establishment, there’s no way I would treat my customers this way. Not only is it bad business and I would lose customers, but it’s just plain wrong.

One the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. I would drive over to this Wendy’s from El Cerrito, even though there were a few Wendy’s closer. This one just really seemed to have better food. I don’t know what the previous reviewer was talking about. The food is as fresh as you get from a fast food chain. The place is clean and has a really nice atmosphere. There is a lot of seating options, including a nice big round table that’s great when you have a larger group.
