I always order Wingstop and never had an issue with my orders. But, last week when I ordered online I arrived on time but waited an additional 30 minutes for my order. I didn’t get upset because it was the NBA Finals and everyone was ordering Wingstop. So fast forward to today, which happens to be Game 6 of the NBA Finals. I thought about ordering for 5:00pm so I could eat during the game but realized they may be busy again so I ordered for 4:15pm. I arrived at Wingstop at 4:06pm(according to receipt) and paid for my meal. I sat down and watched those who were there before me get their food. 15 minutes pass and I start to see people come in after me and get their order right away. Considering I came 10 minutes prior to my time, I was pretty sure they didn’t order at 4:00 and arrive at 4:30. By 4:35pm(20 minutes past my set time) I get up to ask for my order. The girl goes to look and finds it sitting on their cart. As she hands it to me, I mention to her that I have been waiting 20 minutes and noticed that the bag she handed me was sitting there earlier. She said they had just placed the bag there and just hadn’t had a chance to call my name. I was taught to respect people so I didn’t call her out but I’m not stupid. 10 minutes after my order didn’t arrive, I was closely watching every order they made to make sure I didn’t miss mine. I had seen them place bags beside mine meaning mine was already ready. I think the cashier just didn’t bother to check for my order since I arrived early. I got home and the fries were cold. I understand places get busy and even make mistakes, but don’t try to play me and assume I’m too dumb to notice. All she had to do was own up to their mistake and apologize. I would have been fine with that. But trying to pass it off is not cool.

Foods good at a decent price and the fries are bomb. Just make sure to check your order before you walk out seems like they always get it wrong. The newbies there don’t know what the hell their doing.

NO Star… Called from the house, was put on hold… I got there! I was still on hold… I asked do you guys answer the phone order? She says YES! All the time… Really, then why am i still on hold??? It took me 30 minutes to get here… Gave me A FCUKEDUP look… Like she going to kick my ass!!! I said dont even go there!!! And try to tell the coworker in front of me… that people on hold are pissed off! Trying to intimidate me!!! The best you can do is APOLOGIZE… B_T_H! Sincere APOLOGY!

We came in to order two small orders. They told us it was a 15 minute wait. It took longer than 15 minutes. About 30 minutes people was coming in getting there order before us. Then it was about 8 people working in the back and they were moving slow and they didn’t tell us they had a big order all of a sudden. We waited as more people came in people were on there cell phones. Then they didn’t have a name on are order when I told her my name. This wings too is bad and I won’t be back again.

Probably one of the worst experienced I’ve had at a fast food establishment. first off they took half an hour to even start making our food which at that point I was like just give me a refund. they did not apologize or mention to the three people waiting in the whole place that their that backed up. Also the manager did not come out to speak with me instead have the cashier comeback with a weak excuse of the chicken takes 16 minutes to cook smh so what happened to the other 14 since the order wasn’t even started. Wing Stop is now 86 from any of mine or my family buisness due to your negligence and horrible customer service

1. I know for a fact that it is a food safety hazard/violation to have personal items, and food/drinks in a food service area. When I visited this wing stop location, the employees were passing around a bag of Lindt Lindor Truffles to one another in the food prep area 2. The employees were backed up by several orders and were conversing with one another in the middle of the food prep area visible to all of the waiting customers. Not okay. No one was watching the timers, or seemed to be worried about if the waiting customers got their food. 3. The soda machine was down. None of the customers were informed in advance but still had to pay for drinks that they didn’t receive. The advice of the employees was to walk over to Wendy’s to get a drink. Very poor service. 4. I didn’t see any of the employees wash their hands after removing gloves or coming into contact with the candy before touching the food that they were making for the waiting customers. I’m not going to eat the food that I ordered and paid for due to being absolutely disgusted with the negligent food safety behaviors at this place of business.

Ordered online and order was ready when promised. No issues getting in and out but suspect ordering ahead is the way to go as it appeared several people were waiting for their order(Saturday at 5ish). Got some mild and traditional hot wings. The hot were not all that hot but ok for me. The mild was exactly that and almost bland but not bad. Also tried their smoke 9 which was not bad. Prices seem pretty reasonable and I’ll be back.

I give one star because of the wings the only reason why I go but I’m definitely not going anymore. Customer service is the worst ! I tried to call in for an order waited about 30 minutes. Finally I gave up and I went in person, they weren’t even busy and then in my face they picked up the phone and told the customer to wait and never picked it up ! You might as well delete the call in number if no ones going to take your order. Also they put the different flavored wings in one box like seriously I ordered different flavors for a reason.

unfortunately this is the only wing stop relatively close to me. every time I have come here the customer service is very poor. the last time I came here the cashier made me wait for her to finish a text before taking my order. ok? I’ve never seen that happen before. the food here is ok, I feel like the wings are left in a warmer for way too long. the fries here, that I’ve had at least, have always been super soggy and tasteless. maybe I’ve just had really bad luck at this particular wing stop, but I’ve hated having to spend about 25 $ for wings for me and a couple other people.

I called in a wings order the night before the SuperBowl. The next day I waited 40 minutes in line, just for them to tell me they could not find my order(by my name or phone number), and they could not replace the order in time for the game. While that day is very high volume, the total chaos of the staff, the lack of professionalism(letting some customers bypass the line), the lack of a system of conveying to customers when an order was done, it was the absolute incompetence that was the root of the issue not the volume. In contrast, Round Table Pizza(under as high a volume pressure certainly), not only had zero wait, was able to make the wings order in time for the game. Once again, absolute incompetence.

Let me start off by saying that I love wing stop. As this is a franchise I can’t really judge wing stop by the food that they give me because it should be the same all across The board. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order and that’s ordering more than 20 wings. To make a long story short they took really long almost 40 minutes to make 15 wings. There was only one other person before me and they only ordered 10 wings. mind you this is it 10 in the evening and it was pretty slow there was only about four other people after me. I usually don’t care if it takes a while to get my food it really comes down to the attitude of the employees. I received no apologies or wasn’t acknowledged that my food was taking so long. At this particular location I think they need to be aware of how long orders are taking and at least acknowledge the customers. Ps. I work in the food service industry so I am aware of how it feels when an order is taking a while. A simple acknowledgment to the customers goes along way.

I have no beef with Wingstop, other than the somewhat steep pricing. But hey, I get it, which is why I normally fry chicken at home. But I don’t like to wear my fried chicken, you know what I mean? That smell sticks to the walls! What I HATE about this location is the entitled and bitchy clientele. I order online and don’t spend more than 10 minutes inside and it’s always dramatic. Someone giving the employees major attitude, someone bitching to another customer for reassurance, stuff like that. I’ve never had a bad experience, and they’ve never messed up my order. But what I have had to do is wait for someone to test out flavors at the Coca Cola freestyle machine when all I want to do is get my drinks and leave. The food isn’t stellar, but the chicken beats a nugget any day. I have waited longer at KFC for chicken so this isn’t a bad alternative. The sides are pretty much a waste of time though.

I try not to leave reviews at chain restaurants, but I did so here to warn people about this place. They will purposely mess up your order, I’ve been here twice, and they shorted me on wings both times. The most recent experience, the dude at the counter looked like he just smoked a fat bowl of hash when I went to pick up my order. He had a glazed, goofy look on his face, and when he went to confirm my order, he said«Here are your 10… I mean 15 wings»(I ordered 15). Should have been a red flag right there, but I was in a hurry so I grabbed the bag and went out the door. 20 minutes later, I arrive home and find 10 little wings waiting for me. The guy at the counter was so high that he gave away the fact that he shorted me, but I was too trusting to notice any shadiness going on. I guess that’s my bad for expecting common decency and competence at a place like Wingstop. Wrote a letter to customer support, and all I got was an apology. No offer to comp me what I paid for in the first place or anything. I know you guys have most of the market for people craving wings, but that is no excuse to take your customers for granted. Placing no value in the customer is just horrible business practice, and it will catch up to you one day.

I take back my decent review for this place. The food is fine, I don’t have an issue. The service is just so horrible. It makes sense when the entire staff is young teenagers who hate their job. I get it, food service is tough but the young girls were so unbelievably rude tonight. I won’t be returning.

Tuesday 12/01/2015 Tonight was my first and last time I’ll eat here. The restaurant had a nasty order when I walked in. After I ordered the clerk said if I paid with exact change, I would not have to pay sales tax. This made no sense but because I had a lot of one’s and a pocket full of change, I said OK. After I paid, the clerk kept the receipt saying it was needed to balance the«No sales tax orders.» When I got home, the order was screwed up, cold and tasted nasty. Never again. I came to the restaurant to order dinner. I was hesitant to stop here because the Unilocal reviews and word of mouth are very negative for this location, but I took a chance. I ordered a 10 piece classic meal and an extra order of fries, as I was splitting the meal with family. The first batch of fries were overcooked and over seasoned so I sent them back. The 2nd batch were exactly the same! hotter, but still overcooked and over salted. As I started to show the hard, overcooked fries to one of the employees(a dark complexioned African American male) he became belligerent! I told him this is one of the worst Wingstops. He said, «yeah I’ve heard that before. I hear it alI the time.» I said, well I’m trying to show you why. If you know the fries are bad do better! I added a picture so y’all can see these ridiculous fries! Then he very rudely continued to talk at me about the fries instead of trying to fix the problem! This fool was really standing there talking shit about some fries to the point I said, «wait this is about some fries, but if you keep talking shit it’s going to be about something different!» The manager just stood and watched not saying anything. I left the restaurant to cool down, then returned shortly after to get a refund for 1 order of the fries. I asked the manager why she allows her employees to speak to customers like that? Poor thing — she just looked puzzled. This Wingstop is very poorly run. The young female Indian manager is clearly afraid to reprimand her staff. I let her know that I would be contacting corporate to report her staff member. I’m an African American woman myself and I’m particularly appalled at his rudeness, tone and behavior! He was very disrespectful, like he was showing off for his fellow employees and that level of disrespect ALMOST caused him to get his ass whupped. He is very lucky my man wasn’t in the car!

This wingstop is beyond ridiculous. Okay, so came here for manny-mayweather fight…(I know I know, a little late for a review, but long overdue). I placed the order super early because of course, I figured it’ll be really busy and they might stop taking orders if I wait any later. Come time to pick up my order, I found out that my order was even close to being ready! And not only that, there has been people who placed orders to be picked up an hour before mine had been waiting at least an hour or more for their orders. Ridiculous. We waited a little less than an hour for our order, but only become we kept bugging the worker to tell us where our order was. When we finally got our order, everything was disappointing. Not the usual expectations I normally get from wingstop. And why were my carrots and celery under the hot food will never make any sense to me. What was annoying me most was that I realized they were still taking phone orders and telling people over the phone that it’ll be done in 15 minutes. And taking orders in person telling them the wait won’t be too long when they’re clearly over an hour behind on everybody else’s hour. Very poor management. Smh

Normally, I come to this wingstop if I am craving some wings. But over the last few visits, I’ve been disappointed in their product, mainly the fries. The wings are decent and rather consistent. However, the fries vary from time to time. During my most recent visit, I ordered fries along with my wings and the fries came back to me unseasoned! Now, everyone knows that wingstop fries are suppose to have a little kick to it. They were bare! Luckily, I had snacked on a fry or two on my way to the car and noticed it. I would have been even more mad if I had went all the way home only to realize that my fries were abnormally made. Long story short, they corrected it. 3.5 stars

Hawaiian, BBQ and Lemon Pepper wings are the best. We substitute the fries for carrots. This balances the meal. Lol! The wings seem to get smaller everytime we order. Has anyone noticed that? They still taste pretty good. Calling in the order ahead of time is always a good idea. I don’t eat in. It always feels cold in there. They charge you if you want extra dipping sauce. They didn’t used to do that.
