KFC

Worst place ever!!! Today we got food from the drive thru before work. The bag of burgers ripped open because they were all soaking wet with grease. I opened a cheeseburger, it looked like it had been sitting there for a while. They couldn’t even take the top bun off because it was stuck together so they just decided to leave the pickles off and serve it looking the way it did. It does not look edible and the bread looked horrible. Plus there was a piece of plastic wrapped up with the sandwich, it was a plastic tie that keeps bags of bread closed. It was bright green so I don’t know how they missed it. The service is extremely slow and always delivered with an attitude. Every time I go to this place it gets worse and worse. I thought maybe it the past they were just having an off day but my experience here goes far past having a bad day here and there. The place is horrible and the people that work there obviously take no pride in there jobs.
I understand it is fast food but good service and presentation still counts for something. All of our food was wet with grease that the paper was disintegrating and we had a handful of crumpled up napkins thrown into the bag. I tried to call to tell them about the plastic in the inedible food but conveniently u cannot call them because it’s always hooked up to there fax machine.
Every time my husband and I go to this place we always have the same chic help us. She is a short Hispanic chic and is horrible at her job. She has never got one of our orders right, we wait usually 10 – 15 min for our food, even when she is helping us in the drive thru. She has an attitude and frankly seems to hate her life and job and takes it out on the customers and there food. If u can’t take pride in what u do then and are not happy then leave send get a different job instead of taking it out on customers who are spending there hard earned cash for a meal they should be able to at least eat. Half our food today was not edible. Besides the plastic I slowly pulled out a long strand of that girls hair who was waiting on us from my burger. If my husband and I were not on our way to work we would have taken all of the food back. U would figure after waiting 15 min in the drive thru for food it should have at least been hot and fresh. It wasn’t so I’m not sure why it took so long to give us old food, which she didn’t even care to take a sec to fix and try to make edible. .
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! !!! Do not go to this place. If the service isn’t enough to turn u away spending 30 bucks on cold food u can’t eat will he enough to make u never return!!!

I was better not coming here. The wait in the drive through was ridiculous for it to be a fast food restaurant. My food was cold.

This place looks filthy!!! The kitchen, bathrooms, and eating area. Not sure how the Dept. of Food and Health hasn’t shut them down yet.

I waited 20+ minutes for my order because they gave most of my order to an order at the counter and I was in the drive-​through. So I parked and waited another 10 minutes for the rest of the order. I get home and the order is incomplete. The phone number listed is a fax machine. I should know better as it’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ whether you’ll get decent service. I should have just driven the 2 miles to the next one in Pinole, where I’ve never had a problem.

Just awful. Says that they are open till 11pm and they close at 1030. Ignore customers to when their sign says open. Awful.

The original colonel would turn over in his grave if he had the chicken at this location. One time the chicken was wet. Another time I asked for a thigh and when I opened the box it had a leg, one of the few parts of chicken I don’t like.
On the plus side the people working here are pleasant and they are never seemed to be busy,.
Maybe the reincarnated colonel will stop by and give them some chicken hints.

KFC has ok service here.

Although there are other reviews that did not give high ratings to this KFC, I personally like this restaurant. I usually get the three piece meal, original, and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Quite flavorful and not dry at all. Every time I come here, I get my order right away, with minimal wait time. Service is friendly too, with a clean eating area. I come here all the time, so that speaks volumes as to the quality of this establishment.

Ok do only 3 stars today because the young lady was nice. However, they still forgot the fries. This isn’t the first time they’ve done that. I agree with the other reviews that usually the person helping you doesn’t seem to be there to help you. I know it’s fast food, but the people at McDonald’s & Jack in the Box are so much nicer.
Plus, I don’t the think they change the pull 2 regularly. I’ve been twice in the past 2 – 3 weeks & even you bite into the chicken, you feel a coating of oil/​lard stick to your tongue. I used to say that about the location by Luckys & go here or the one by the college. I guess I have to go back & try one of those OR just stick to Popeyes or Churches Chicken (Del Norte only).

There’s not even words to describe this place. I don’t know how this place is still opened. None of the employees are very interested in helping customers. They are just there to get paid. I feel sorry for the owner. This place is just terrible.

2 cars ahead of me, i ordered 2 hot wings go cups… took at least 15 mins at the drive thru… raw potato wedges… inexcusable

The staff are lazy, inept and probably didn’t even make it through elementary school. As a result, their only option was to work at this dump. Service is slow, kinda like the people who work here. Management should have been fired ages ago. I regretted my decision to order as soon as the dumpy cashier opened his slack mouth. There’s garbage all over the floor, probably because the staff can’t be bothered to clean up the place. My grilled chicken was somehow greasy. The biscuit was a brick, which even my dog had difficulties eating through, and the mashed potatoes had more in line with soup than actual mashed potatoes. This could very well be the worst KFC/A&W restaurant in the history of KFC/A&W restaurants. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t disparage, but this place is lacking in every category. Essentially it lacks management. Filthy environment, no standards in food preparation, slow as molasses. These kids could use a little leadership and I would ring their bell. Oh wait… this a&w doesn’t have a bell, probably a good reason.

Slow, bad food. 15 minutes wait with 3 cars ahead of me. The hotdog had NOTHING on it. When I asked, the server had to go looking for condiments. They had no onions or mustard. The food is always bad here. There is a good A&W in San Rafael. Not up to the standards of a typical fast food place.
A&W root beer is great, and better here than in a can. THere are other much better food places in this mini-​mall, but this is the only drive-​thru.

–1. Yuck… E! Molded taste in the mash and slaw. Biscuits were hard as rocks. The chicken had pink spots and tasted like old oil. Never ever ever going back there.

This KFC has served our family’s needs for many years. The owner is really nice lady, and accommodating. We have had occasional reasons to complain, but each time adequate corrections were made and there has been no repeats of the same issues. I am not sure why the ratings from some people are so low. I think this restaurant is as good as they come and in a very strategic location.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Have tried it a couple of times and never again.
Potato wedges came with my order. When I went to pick up the meal, the wedges were burnt and looked old. I asked if they had any wedges that weren’t burnt; and the kid says no…
I couldn’t believe it.
I should have asked for my money back.
I will never go into this KFC again.

Since i live so close by and i always pass by it so i decided to give this kfc a try tonight and i must say disgusting place but I was craving this so had to fulfill my craving.

One word — rude.
I called in, and I just asked if I called KFC and they immediately hung up on me.

Located near a starbucks, sala thai, chevron, and a bunch of other stores. It has plenty of parking, so that’s always a plus.
Service:
I have to say that their service is pretty darn bad. They are rude and it seems like all the employees hate their life/​jobs and they want to make sure your like sucks as well.
Food:
It’s KFC and A&W… what can you really expect? I guess the best thing I can say about it is that they are consistent with the other chains.
Overall:
I would not recommend this location.
