I love this location. Hot sandwiches. Quick service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Fresh topping options.

I worked in this area few years back and used to eat here all the time and wasn’t a bad place to eat but not the best until last week. I started a new job back in this area and went for a lunch here. I saw a clean, shiny place with smiling employees. Got greeted the sec i walked in. They let me read the menu since i have not had a quiznos in a while. Once i was ready OMG from the point they took my order to the point i finished my sub, it was a pleasure. Sub was perfect, flavorful and fresh. After eating i asked if the old owner was still there and they said its under new ownership since past couple years and that was obvious the way this place was run now. People have this conception that subway is more healthy, fresh and cheaper but that is not true because they put less meat and put veggies first and then meat so you would feel like sub is pilled up and they are nowhere near how quiznos toast. I will be coming here more often now and i signed for their loyalty club online which gave me coupons all the time… MMmmmmm Toasty…

I’ve never eaten at a Quiznos. I’m a togos or specialty deli person but we were on our way to the city and needed a quick bite. The staff was a bit rude and not very giving on time to decide what we wanted to order. And forget about asking questions. I ordered the turkey club and my bf ordered the prime rib. Hardly any meat on either and I only got one piece of cheese! We added the chip an soda to make it a meal and out total was $ 18!!! Neither of us were full and were pretty disappointed in the amount. To top it off the keep napkins behind the counter and when I asked for extra they have me 1. Maybe I’m just being bratty but I just spent $ 18 I think I could get a couple extra napkins!

They have very few tables here so this is more of a take out location in my opinion. I also don’t like the parking lot here because it seems like people are always zipping through very fast, probably because of the gas station being here, they are in a hurry. So, backing out of the parking lot seems a bit dicey at times. This is Quiznos so the menu/food will not vary much from location to location so I can’t really comment on the food since it seemed about the same as any other Quiznos. Not bad, but certainly not anything to write home about.

Location is conveniently in the same plaza as arco gas. Unfortunately the turkey sandwich is of par quality to that as gas station food. They should ask before adding mayo. No big deal as she simply just got another loaf. The sandwich itself was over-toasted black and there were only a few very thinly sliced pieces of meat. Too bad there isn’t a subway here…

Sorry, but without the coupons to receive a few bucks off, this food chain seems pricey. Sure they can toast your bread, but does it justify the extra money? I sometimes become overwhelmed with the menu that I just order what is visible and easy to order. One thing they do have over the«other» sandwich places is the«Special» sauce, which I use for everything when eating the sandwiches. Also, I think you really need to express how you want your sandwich prepared because the employees are in an assembly line and move fast. So make sure you let them know, otherwise you might be stuck with a bland sandwich or salad

We come here every Sunday after we go on the Vizsla walk at Point Pinole. They always get my sandwich right and it’s fast + cheap(if you use coupons). The employees have bad attitudes, but I don’t think I’d be happy either if I worked at Quizno’s. :P

I’ve given this Quizno’s the benefit of the doubt three times. And every time I regret getting a sandwich here. My food orders are never correct; the sandwich makers don’t provide any service other than throwing incorrect veggies on to my orders. My most recent visit was near closing time and the employee made several mistakes with the customer in front of me. She then proceeded to rush through my order and when I came home, my sandwich was wrong. Although it’s closing time, it doesn’t mean you can half ass the end of your shift nor should I be watching you like a hawk to make sure my order is right.

I use to get my lunches here when I use to work in Pinole. I hated the dumb traffic light. I love toasted subs.

This Quiznos is not too bad. I’ve been here several times and they get my order right every time. One of my fav. sandwiches is the Mesquite Chicken. Lately I’ve decided to try Turkey Ranch & Swiss for the 1st time and that one was good too… but still doesn’t top the mesquite chicken. Honey Bourbon Chicken wasn’t good. I ordered a long time ago once and it was the last time I’ll ever order that sandwich again. the sauce they put in tasted gooey and not enough flavor. The sandwiches get a bit too pricey so I don’t eat at Quiznos as often as others. Parking limit is only an hour but most people stay there less than that anyway since they take it to go. I’ve also ordered cookies from them and it tasted too dry. I prefer my cookies moist and soft(not too soft that it breaks apart easily) like the ones from Subway. Still this location is preferred than the one in san pablo towne center and it’s closer.
