great pricing, for people who just want the right info about my cars problems. they don’t belive in short cuts that windup hearting me later. they not only fixed the problem but the cause of those problems, that’s why i love this shop. all of my cars have very high miles and they can get some OEM parts, if you request. they have been repairing my cars for over 15years.

Alright I get to review the good guys. I have been a client of
global auto for over 25 years. They have serviced and repaired all kinds of cars and trucks over the years and have kept me on the road over and over. I’m not a rich man and I really appreciate there reasonable prices and good work. When they fix something it stays fixed!
They also have a tow company A1 and if my car breaks down they come pick it up and take me home if needed. They treat me like a friend. My advice is call them now!

Horrible place! Tony the manager is a snake! That idiot only cares about money! I brought my car there for engine repairs and the next day I drive it the car basically catches on fire! I call the bastard tony he replies with STUFF LIKE THIS HAPPENS EVERYDAY! Really??? I call the better buisness bureau on this mfer and they give me a check for the value of the car which was 6,000 ! Stay away from this hell hole!!!‘mmmm

Global has always been my go to guys. I have many cars in my family from BMW’s to Malibu and they have never let me down when it comes to fixing my car. Professional and great rate. I trust them.

This place is RIDICULOUS. I call at 12 pm and say I need a tow from my house (I live off of dam road which is literally a mile away from this place) to chrysler in hilltop. He said $ 50, I said okay I need to the tow truck at 1 pm. He said no problem, see you at 1.
It’s 1:07 pm, no sign of the tow truck, I have to be at chrysler hilltop because I had an appointment at 1:30. My gf calls and they say the guy is running late and that he’s trying to get a hold of him. 30 minutes roll by and the tow truck finally comes at 1:37, I miss my appointment at chrysler.
I called these people, since I was infuriated and told the dispatcher that his guy finally got there but I missed my appointment so I wanted a discount. He argues with me and says «we gave you a confirmation call and you didn’t answer’. 2 things:
1) When I first called, he did not tell me that they were going to give me a confirmation call.
2) I realized that I had a voicemail, although I didn’t have a missed call. And I listened to the envelope information from the voicemail and it said that the voicemail was sent at 12:58. They called me two minutes before they’re supposed to be here to confirm???
Then he goes «well, what’s wrong with your car?» I tell him what’s wrong and he goes «well I have a shop, bring it here and I’ll fix it». I told him I already had my mechanic friend look at it, and that he said it needs to be fixed at the dealer, no shop can help me. the guy goes «well that’s not true». I asked him why would I want to bring it to him since he was late and is arguing with me. He goes «well then what do you want?» I told him I wanted a discount, and he said he’ll give me $ 5 bucks off. I still wasn’t happy but I took it.
When we finally get to chrysler hilltop, the tow truck guy apologizes and admits he did forget to call me.
This place is unprofessional, their lack of communication with each other is ridiculous. Never trust these guys, pay the extra money to go to the better towing companies.
Ridiculous.

I have reported them to the BBB (Better Business)
This group of people is almost frustrating just writing about. They need to be reported and put out of business. Not only did they do a poor job on a engine repair, they hid a $ 250 extra fee until my ending receipt. To make matters worse, they would not respond to phone calls when I wanted reply and hung up on me when I voiced complaints. When I went to pick up my car at 4:40p.m, taking a half day off of work to do so, he had closed his shop for the day, without telling me prior. I had to pay an extra day for my rental car as a result. This is all a true story.
Without apology, no response to phone calls and hung up on when I did voice complaints.

This place also rents Uhaul trucks and trailers. I don’t know how they treat you when you have your car repaired but these guys are rude and talk down to you when you rent a trailer. Their customer service skills are zero! If you live in that area your better off going to the Richmond Uhaul they treat you good.
