If you are a first time home buyer, an investor, or looking to sell, Juan Mancheno is awesome! I came to him as a referral when I was looking to buy my first home. I expected the experience to be intimidating and complicated. I could not have been more wrong. Instead, my first experience was painless, and exciting… as it should be. I highly recommend working with Juan Mancheno. As a first time home buyer I was intimidated by the buying process however Juan set my fears at ease. His knowledge and experience was very reassuring. He guided me through the entire process explaining every step of the way. Juan knows the Bay Area very well so he knew what areas had a community that would suit my needs. Since he works fulltime in realty he was always available to show me homes. He is very market savvy and was a great advocate for me in negotiations which got me a great deal on my home. If you are looking to buy a home Juan is your man. He is resourceful, skillful and passionate about his job which makes a world of a difference in realty.
