I can’t say enough about the beautiful designs I have purchased from Wild Bryde. I see them at birding events, and their attention to detail in the designs of the birds and mammals is exquisite. I always feel like I am honoring the natural world when I wear a pair of Wild Bryde earrings.

I have purchased several pairs of earrings online and they are always just as beautiful when I get them as they looked online, more so usually. I also contracted them to make some custom Ouzel tags for my soft sculptures and they were beyond my expectations. They do not have a storefront except during their seconds sale, that I know of, but their online store rocks.

The people at Wild Bryde seemed nice in person… but they kind of ripped off my mom and had pretty lousy customer service when she called to ask about the overcharge on her receipt. She purchased two earrings for me for Christmas. One was a pair that she said she found on sale(under $ 5). Instead of charging her the correct sale price(which was written on the earrings holder!) they charged her the full retail price. She purchased a second pair that she mistakenly thought was 14k gold(she didnt have her glasses on so didnt see the sterling silver box that was checked on the back, and she assumed that they were gold since she paid so much for the two pairs of earrings). She ended up being charged almost $ 60 which she paid because she thought that one of the pairs was gold. She paid $ 24 for a pair of earrings that were priced at under $ 5. The other pair were around $ 26. The total should have been around $ 30 or so if they charged her correctly… The pair that she had thought were gold weren’t really my taste so she gave me the receipt to go return them. I had trouble finding the store, and when I finally did they said they were only open at Christmas time. They let me come in still but said they do not give refunds. They offered for me to exchange the earrings for another pair I liked and seemed like nice people… they even let me pick a pair that were a bit more expensive and didn’t charge me the difference. That was nice… But when I took a closer look at the reciept and pointed out to my mom that they overcharged her for the other earrings, she called the store. They told her that the customers are responsible to tell them if an item is on sale and they weren’t responsible to charge them the discounted price unless the customer points it out. It’s my moms fault for not realizing that the one pair wasn’t gold and they were charging her too much for the other pair, but it was the store clerks fault for not even looking at the price of the earrings on the back of the earrings holder and charging her the wrong amount. Is that how they run business, unorganized and oblivious to being fair to their customers? Or was this done on purpose to rip off people who aren’t paying attention? They refuse to give any refunds and they told my Mom it was her fault and there was nothing they could do. Their earrings seem a bit overpriced(even though I understand they’re hand made at the studio and are good quality… but still…) and when I took a look at their selection at the store there werent too many earrings that I liked or that looked cute. I guess they have a nature theme but to me it wasn’t stylish… Just a bunch of gold and silver wolf/pine tree/bird earrings. If you’re looking for something trendy or stylish I think you’re better off going to a normal store or the mall… I wouldn’t shop there again.
