Order dinner here today and brought it home. Ended up not finding one of my items and called to let him know and the guy rudely says I don’t know what to tell you and hung up. What a shame.

Not really thrilled with this eatery. I have been to both locations the one is Geneva I had a Steak Wrap, and it seemed they put the entire red onion in there. For the location in Elburn, food was okay. But at both locations way way way to much stuff on their menu. You can’t be good at everything from Greek to American. Nor can you stock all that type of food freshly and have it be made completely fresh. Also it took a long time to get the food. Most importantly I am a customer service type of person, both of the people that took my order at each location, attitudes sucked. Not friendly. I have donated my $ 20 between their two locations, will not be back.

Discovered this place recently and was excited to try it. Food was good. Service, meh. The guy taking orders seems to be the owner, seemed angry both times and he acts like he’s been doing this too long and wants to be done. Care factor doesn’t seem to be there. Would I eat there again? Maybe because the food was good. But don’t expect service with a smile.

Food was ok. I was really hoping that they would be great since we just moved into the area and there is certainly a lack of good fast food. The people that work there always look angry and I felt uncomfortable. I might go back but they seem to be closed all the time. Either lack of management or they are going under.

Gyro is decent but fries are not. The poutine fries were disgusting, and nowhere close to the actual dish. Prices are way to high for the quality and location. As expensive as Portillos with smaller portions and nowhere near the consistency in taste or quality. Not very personable service either.

Pretty good selections. Good food. Just a bit upset when they wanted to charge me extra for cucumber sour cream sauce. for Gyro.

I’ve been to this Munchie P’s location a handful of times. Any problem I’ve has been in terms of service and ordering. 1) This location is not open at 10:30. Have called to place lunch work orders and no one picks up until after 11. 2) I’ve gone in around 11:00 — 11:30 and have been told that they can not serve food because the grills are not hot. Don’t you think this should be done before opening? 3) I have place large and small orders. Repeat, repeat and repeat your order again to the girl taking it. She has been confused on what gets a meal and what doesn’t even though I have repeated my order several times. 4) If placing a large order(orders of 3 or more items/meals), expect something to be wrong. 5) BECLEARONPICKUPTIME. I have told her(always the same girl taking orders) that I will be pick up a little before noon. She always takes this as 12 or after 12. As far as the food goes, sweet potatoes fries, gyro plate, hot dogs, and are all good. Fish Sandwich is good but they put honey mustard instead of tarter sauce. It’s OK but I like tarter sauce better. However, my co-worker had the sloppy Joe’s. In his word«worst Sloppy Joe I’ve ever had». Specifics complaints about it were that it has too much onion and includes olives. Overall, good food but need to step up their service.

For what it is, it’s good. I generally order either italian beef or gyro. The italian beef is not as good as Portillo’s or the Beef Shack, but of course it is better than anything from McDonalds, as the reviewer, Yu said. It takes a while, but of course they make it fresh. Gyros are good and that’s the only place you can get a gyro(or italian beef, for that matter) in Elburn.

Stopped by this place on the way home for a quick snack. At first I noticed the place was completely empty which worried me but after I got my food it all went pretty well. Located in the middle of nowhere this place cranks out decent quality American fast food. I’d put it above a mcdonalds and below a portillos. Here is what I got: Sloppy Joe Dog: I’ve never seen this before but I thought I’d give it a shot. The dog itself isn’t as good as portillos but it isnt bad either. It tastes like a sweeter chili dog in my opinion. Pretty darn good.(2.60)(See Picture) Fries: Standard crinkle cut fries just like at Portillos but the thing that stands out is they fry it to order so your fries are always hot and fresh. A very nice touch. Overall if you want a solid, quick meal I would head here if you’re in the area. I kinda feel bad for this place because it doesn’t seem to do well in that location. Located anywhere that has more people and I’m sure it’ll be a heckuva lot more busy. Sorry Munchie

Love me some Munchie P’s! Good food, good prices. Wish they would deliver! We would call at least twice a week!
