The Corner

I stopped here quickly for an early dinner on my way to somewhere far more populated than Sullivan County. The Corner is a restaurant and ice cream shop at the main corner of Eldred. The Corner serves a number of hot and cold sandwiches, as well as other menu items, made to order. I had ordered a sausage and peppers sub, which I was able to purchase and enjoy at a reasonable cost. I also had bought a pre-​made brownie as a dessert, and both the sub and the brownie were tasty and filling.
I had stopped here on a Saturday, and while service was good, I believe that there was only one person working at the restaurant. Considering that I was the only customer to enter during my time at the Corner, this could have been a recipe for a long wait had there been more people there at the time.
