24/7 Perfect Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

I am updating my review from my experience (or lack thereof) of their services on 6÷20÷16. I had called in to have an appointment scheduled for an AC tune-​up and had arranged to be at home. I took time off of work to wait for a technician that never showed up. When I called the business number to ask why, no one answered the phone and their mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. This is very disconcerting as I am returning customer and have vouched for their services and referred them to other people.
A week later, I tried calling the office again but to no avail and also a FULL mailbox that cannot take any messages. After that, I tried to call one of the techs on a personal number since I knew it from services before and left a message to inquire about my missed appointment. It’s been 1.5 weeks now and not a single return phone call from this business.
The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review is I’m being sympathetic for their previous services rendered which were positive. I really didn’t want to have to give them a negative review now but the inconsistencies has happened more than once. I don’t know what’s happening with this business but at the basics, if a company cannot take or return customer phone calls, and have missed appointments, that presents a major problem. As a result, I have found another HVAC company to do my tune up and they had missed a business appointment from me.

Very unprofessional company. Doesn’t deserve 1 even 1 star. Came out and broke my mothers heater on purpose in January cold weather. Also knowing there were 3 small children in the house. Walked out saying nothing he can do. He will not answer any of our phone calls now. We called another heating service and they confirmed he broke the heating motherboard on purpose. The technician advised Saul had no business even touching the motherboard for the issue my mom was having. On top of it all, there is no actual building to the business. The address is to a apartment complex. Whatever you do, do NOT and I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! All good reviews are from his family members and spouse. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
I did not review the wrong company SAUL. The work order was for my mothers home. Little does this company know what’s coming to them legally. Come to find out this company has been doing this to many homes in the Elgin area. He takes your money then disappears and does not answer your calls any longer.

Our A/​C went out on the hottest day in July. I searched Unilocal for a place to fix it. ²⁴⁄₇ popped up so I gave them a call. I got an answer right away even thought it was 7:30 pm. The technician said he could be there within an hour. He came out and was very pleasant. He and my husband went to look at the A/​C and he found out what was wrong right away. He got the part from his truck and replaced it and showed us how to maintain the A/​C. Great job and was much cheaper than I expected! I will be using these guys again! Well hopefully not too soon!
