Zach is honest and courteous. He has the tech experience and you will never find in large company similar experience — All novice techs in large companies. My furnace fuse was shorting off and not working on a winter night. Zach came to the rescue and resolved the issue quickly.
His charges are fair and I am truly impressed at Zach’s down to earth demeanor.

Zach came out on this cold Sunday, fixed our problematic furnace, and gave me a no b.s. assessment of not only the current state of the machine, but also his best guess on what is likely to break in the future.

I called AJ Belle for a second opinion after having another company come out and tell me that my furnace needed to be replaced. Within a minute of arriving my house, Zach identified the issue right away and had it fixed shortly after. He went above and beyond, explained everythig to me, and made sure that everything was safe (he checked everything down with a CO2 detector too) and even went as far as to explain to my tenants that everything was safe.
I highly recommend Zach and A. J Belle– I will be calling them for any repairs of this nature in the future, and if you go with them too I know you won’t regret it either.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Professionalism was top notch. Our A/C wasn’t blowing cold air and after a risk free evaluation, we were offered two options. The long and the short term with recommendations. Very reasonable prices and they are true to their word, as integrity in this business does matter to them. I contacted Zach from AJ Belle after I had a not-so-pleasant experience with another HVAC company. I was told by the other HVAC company that my motor had an oil leak and that the compressor capacitor was bad. Zach, who was extremely professional and very well versed with my brand of Air-conditioner (trane), determined that not only was my motor almost new, but that their didn’t seem to be anything wrong with my unit. I was extremely pleased with his service and would recommend him to others.

AJBelle is AMAZING! Thank You Zach. Zach came to our town home in Lakemoor on a sat evening at no extra charge and fixed our heater rite then and there. Sooooo when we moved to our new home in Algonquin and needed a completely new AC system we called him as well as 3 other AC companies. We, once again chose AJBelle for the job. The quality or equipment (American Standard), willingness to explain everything, warranty and price were our deciding factors. Unit was installed in one day (a Sunday) and is working wonderfully. We strongly recommend AJBelle and will continue using them.
