Anytime Fitness

Joined Anytime Fitness two weeks ago. So far it’s been a positive experience. The facility is clean. The equipment is in excellent condition. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Not crowded. It offers everything and more that I could want out of a fitness center.

To the CEO and franchisers of Anytime Fitness: please consider renaming your business No Time Fitness. So far, haven’t had a chance to be impressed. I got a 14-​day free pass (of which only a few days are left) and followed instructions to call to arrange a time to go the the gym. It has been a week and still no call has been returned. I drove to the gym during day time hours to see if someone was there to make an appointment for a tour, etc. Again, no one was there. In order to get the 14-​day pass, you agree that Anytime Fitness has access to all your social media accounts. Dubious about this, I agreed, hoping I could tell my friends myself about how great this place was, but now I feel like I’ve benefited Anytime Fitness under false pretenses and put my friends at a disadvantage. If you can’t return phone calls, or be available to greet people at the door, then that’s poor customer service and I won’t be using your facility or telling my friends how fabulous you are. Instead, I’ll be telling them how fabulous some other gym is. Major fail, Anytime Fitness.

This location has only been opened for 3 days as I write this review, however, they have totally lived up to the great expectations I had for them. The equipment is all brand new and state of the art. The FITNESS ANYTIME is awesome, I got to do a beginning spin class by myself throught virtual trainer today and it was challenging and fun. Jessica has been great to deal with and has answered any and all questions that I have had quickly. I used to go to Lifetime Fitness and I loved walking into that gym every day but I had to cancel my membership there, due to location. I’m so glad that I’ve found a gym that gives me that feeling again, and for ½ the monthly cost. Thanks for coming to Elgin, Anytime!
