Taco Bell

I feel bad giving a chain like Taco Bell 4 starts, but…
The food is exactly what I’d expect for the chain, and significantly tastier than most of the Mexican food in the area.
I’ve been through their drive-​through a good 10 times at least, and each time service was fast (sometimes suprisingly so), courteous and friendly, and they’ve always gotten the order right.
Don’t get me wrong — this is a Taco Bell. It’s not fine dining; it’s fast food.
And for fast food, they’ve always treated me well at this location.

Went to the Taco Bell in Elgin Tx about a month ago. Customer service was aweful. I was told to pull forward to wait for my order. The place they tell you to pull forward to blocks others behind you. Had to wait over twenty minutes for order. Had to go in for sauce they never offered or brought out.
Tried to give them another chance tonight and order was given to customers in front of me. It took them ovrr 20 minuted once again to figure out what happened and give me my order.
Almost one hour of my life wasted trying to get «fast food» twice at this place. Was late getting back to work both times.
Do not eat here! They have no idea how to run a Taco Bell.

Service you expect from Taco Bell. The crunchwraps tasted good and the service was quick. The cashier even flirted with my wife a bit which made her day. Enjoyed!

If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars or negative stars I would certainly do it. In the short time they’ve been opened they’ve never gotten our orders correct at the drive thru. They forget food every single time and the food they do remember to put in the bag is the worst Taco Bell food ever. We ordered 7 items for our family and the food was all crammed into one small bag. The cheese and sauce ended up all in the bag on the other items and the napkins and sauces. I’ve called the manager 3 times and stated that I do not want anything free I would just like to get a correct order worth eating when I decide to go to her establishment. She keeps telling me they are working on staff issues and correcting these errors. However after going home today without another item in the bag I’ve realized that they really are not working on their issues at all. I know you’re thinking check your order before you drive away and believe me I do, but for some reason I cannot get my teenager to do the same. The old Taco Bell in Elgin was way better at getting it right and the food was much better tasting. Steer clear unless you want half an order of mediocre food.
