Artie’s Towing

Had Artie’s tow my car to the shop. The driver was punctual, polite and professional; showing up within 30 min of the call. I requested towing quotes from 4 other places and Artie’s prices are competitive. Thanks!

I used Artie’s towing service today. They were quick to arrive I was told 30mins and the tow guy showed in 15. He pulled me out of the ditch in minutes and was back on the road in no time. The tow guy was pleasant and fees were reasonable. Thank you Artie’s towing !

If I could give 0 stars I would! This business is horrible. In may I got into an accident and the company was called to tow my car. The tower was so rude. It was my first accident so I didnt know how it goes so I was asking him questions and he was rude. Then when we were driving back to the lot he pulls over and jumps out of the truck while I sit there to go help in another crash. He did not say anything just left me. I was crying and thank god the cop was there who was there on my accident and drove me to the station.
The kicker was the auto shop I took my car to their shop could not start work because the jerk of a towman had my keys in his pocket. When I called to ask if they could drive them to the stop they told me no and I’d have to wait. I told him that was not my fault but he wouldn’t assist me any further and told me hed drop them in the mail. Even my auto body shop (ACR in palatine… Amazing btw) tried calling too, but nothing.
Bottom line if you don’t have to use them, don’t!
