Xtreme Auto Body

This is the most horrible Auto Body shop ever! We were working through our insurance company. They told us they would be able to do it for less than what was estimated for our damages. On Sunday, they told me they would be able to do it for roughly $ 2,800 and on the day of they told us they made a mistake and it was actually $ 4,800 which was pretty much close to what our insurance had given us! I was very polite over the phone and the manager (the owner) proceeded to talk over me and have a nasty attitude like I should be grateful because he offered to replace the headlights lights and waive the $ 250 deductible (He didn’t have to do this). I even told him we could pay the deductible that wasn’t a problem. I just want people to be aware that all they care about is making money for their pockets. I get it, it’s a business, but if you want loyal customers and people to have respect for you then you must give respect. I am completely disappointed in these people. But what I can do? Definitely not going there again in the future. I hope you’re happy with your money.
UPDATE: They told us on Sunday that the work was completed. They told our insurance that, but the work was not completed when we went to pick up the car on Tuesday. There was a problem with the Wheel Alignment and the fan for our AC in the car. They finished the work Thursday (Today) and called us AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE that the work is completed and if we don’t pick up the car that they will charge us storage fees. They are the worst kind of people and do not know how to communicate with others. They rips offs!!! Avoid and go to a more reputable shop.
