Over the years I have been coming to CarStar with several of my cars, both personal and work on a recommendation from a neighbor. My 2007 car recently had an unfortunate minor accident and I was back to CarStar, without any hesitation. I must say I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Their office personnel is friendly, prompt and professional. Someone was always in communication with me regarding status and the best part is my 2007 car LOOKSBEAUTIFUL! The work is outstanding! I highly recommend CARSTAR!

These guys are a joke, Allstate sent me to these guys after a front end accident for repair and the first time they told me my car was ready I went to the shop and picked up my car and as I drove out of the parking lot none of the signals worked. After the service guy came back out to see what the problem was he took my car back into the shop and then told me that they would need to order a new headlight. Hi-Tech then called me again a week later to say that my car was again ready, so I went to pick up the car and drove it away and 15 – 20 minutes later there is smoke pouring out of the front end of the car and the engine light is on. Jim calls me and says he will send a tow truck right away and then after another 2 – 3 weeks they again call me and say it is ready to be picked up and the service guy at the front desk comes out of the back and says«The engine is blown and we sent your car to Hyundai for warranty work». Really? I have to admit, Butch later in the game tried his hardest to make things right but in the end the poor workmanship of his employees screwed this one up. I will be filing lawsuit against this company for damages. Steer clear from these guys…

I’ve had two different vehicles repaired here. Teh first was a ’03 Mazda Protege5 that was rear ened, extremely hard. It took over a month to fix since many of the parts had to be shipped from Japan. But when it was finally finished the only evidence I found of the car being in a wreck was some pain overspray on the seat belt, which was the rear anyway, and only visible when fully extended. Outstanding. My other fix was on a ’06 Subara Outback, minor side swipe on the interstate. Again, fixed wonderfully, can’t see any evidence of the wreck, perfect pain matching. Sure, State Farm said this was the shop I needed to take my car to, but I’d recommend to anybody. Excellent service and craftsmanship!
