10. First time there today. Does not get better than this… interested helpful owners… beautiful things… went in with one thing in mind… came out with lots of things had no intention of purchasing… and saw many more things I will attempt to go back for. My Christmas shopping will be easy this year! Amazing wonderful place. Thank you!!!

It was a gorgeous day and all the shops along Chicago Ave had sidewalk sales. The eclectic mix of goodies outside drew us in! Retro furniture, high quality antique décor and memorabilia, not to mention the oldies playing on the coolest suitcase record player from the 60’s!(Which was $ 1200 btw… Rest of prices were very reasonable!) The antique store houses several collections from different owners, all of whom we there and very friendly & personable! I could feel the different personalities in the collectors as we moved from booth to booth. The store was SOFUN! I wanted to see everything and about 2 hours later and 3 floors down I had finally made it to the last room which had treasures like vintage beer neon signs for only $ 25! I felt like I was on American Pickers searching for my next big find! This is a great place to browse, shop for gifts big & small, or jazz up your personal home décor! I walked out with a full Japanese 23-piece tea set(very unique!), an orange Franciscan pottery pitcher and a stained glass sailboat figurine for only $ 100 total. I might go back and get some albums and some of the vintage beer signs! I highly recommend a pop in here!

I really enjoyed visiting this shop. They have many little rooms packed with a wide variety of items from different eras. It is, like many antique shops, pretty crammed with narrow aisles — not the place to bring a stroller or a large purse, or you’ll definitely be knocking stuff over whenever you turn around. But, despite the cramped quarters, things are somewhat organized with little vignettes & cute displays. I also liked how the person behind the counter(owner?) was friendly but not obtrusive, allowing us to look around and enjoy the shop. He was there to answer questions or direct us if needed but didn’t make a pest of himself.
