We visited Extreme Wireless at their other location in the Elgin Shopping Mall on 308 S. McLean Blvd Sec J6 to get our iPhone 5s repaired because the screen was cracked & a new tempered glass cover on a Samsung Galaxy. Perfect customer service. So friendly, quick & helpful. Will be back for all my cell phone repairs. THANK YOU!

This past September I went to the extreme wireless group located in the Elgin Shopping Mall. I had dropped my phone that day and the screen finally cracked. In panic, since I was soon leaving the state for a long planned trip, I found this location. They said they could do the repair in a reasonable amount of time for about $ 20 cheaper than other (out of the way) places. I picked up my phone and there are still lines on the LCD. So I go back, and rather quickly, they subbed a new LCD screen. Things seemed fine. I updated. Now my touchscreen doesnt respond! I went through apple and struggled to determine if it was the new iOS update or the hardware. Well, guess which one was the problem. The screen, and of course all finals sales with a 15 day! return. I should’ve known better than to go to the Elgin Mall and trust anyone there for anything of quality. It was at the T. Mobile stand. I will never return or recommend them. Dont let the nice ladies fool you!

I love the service very professional and a quick got my mote 4 lcd replaced the same day while I waited and they have a case and a free screen protector I will be back I recommend them
