Ruben Ramos Photography

We were married at the end of May 2013. I was referred to Ruben from a friend-​and he was AMAZING! He’s extremely talented and we LOVE our pictures and can’t wait to use him for future events. He made our photo sessions fun, yet quick and he caught a lot of magical moments… he was extremely easy going and flexible. Choosing him was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our wedding.

Well, we’ve sat and thought long and hard about this so as not to write a review while in an ill-​temper. (As an aside, we found Ruben through Fred Fox Photography.)
On our wedding day, Ruben seemed to be a great guy; easy to work with, accommodating, and generally a nice guy. However, the greatest disappointment came when we finally got word our pictures were ready. We looked through them, and then noticed that we seemed to be missing photos from the church after the ceremony – you know, photos with family, the bridal party, etc. After watching our wedding video, we realized even more shots were missing than we had initially thought. Most importantly, there was no photo of my bride and I standing at the altar. After trying to contact Ruben through Facebook (which we had previously talked with him) failed, we contacted Fred Fox to confront Ruben. After much hemming and hawing, Ruben finally admitted that he LOST OUR PICTURES! Whoops. I guess all of the money we spent on an allegedly «great» photographer was for naught. If you want a photographer that will lose your pictures, then I would pick Ruben.
