Kyle the store manager was a great help. He was very informative and gave me lots of options to lay on. He helped us find the right mattress for our budget and comfort. Also Mike Jones was very nice and humorous, he added to the great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I came in looking for a queen mattress set but didn’t plan on buying. The new manager Kyle was personable and knew all the right information to help me choose the right set. He spent the time to chat with me and my mother and make us feel welcome in the store. After speaking with Kyle and trying out many beds I decided on leaving with a great mattress for a great deal!

We were in the market for a new mattress and we came into this location. Kyle was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all which is a big plus for me. I got a great deal and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Walked into this place day after thanksgiving, store was completely empty. Now I know why. We inquired about a headboard and the guy with the leather jacket acted like he didn’t want to be there. Guess who wears a leather jacket indoors. So he takes his sweet time to get a price from behind the counter and when we ask what kind of color does it come in he says «well look at the picture.»
Ok leave your attitude inside mister and I will take my hard earned money to another mattress firm. The one in south Elgin is way better where we bought our mattress set on Gyorr

If you are looking to buy a mattress I highly recommend you going to Mattress Firm in Elgin. They have a wide selection of mattresses it was so difficult to just pick one mattress but Jake was a great help. He took us around the store and had us try different mattresses. He was so friendly and He took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our visit and purchase. Thank you Jake for your awesome customer service! Don’t forget to get a lavender and/​or coconut bliss pillow definitely the best pillow I’ve ever gotten.

Excellent service:
After visiting 5 other bedding store we stumbled across bedding experts on bowes. Lee was a pleasure to work with. He asked for our criteria for a bed and our price point and steered us to the right product. At no point did we feel hassled or pressured to buy a product. After selecting our bed (best price between the 5stores we visited) he did his best to find us a delivery time that worked with our schedules. We are looking forward to a great night sleep in our new bed. The only suggestion I would make is more delivery times in afternoon for weekday and Sundays deliveries. Otherwise we were more than pleased with our experience at bedding experts.
