We went in to the store last Saturday, we were welcomed by Kyle,
He told us all about the mattresses, the store nice, clean and and extremely organized,
Mr. Kyle is a very knowledgeable guy, he gave us tips depending on our sleeping habits what could work better for us,
But what We like the most was the 100 day guarantee!!!
That’s why we went ahead and buy our mattress,
Also the delivery guys were the best,
They showed up right on time, their work is neat and clean, great attitude,
Totally recommended if you are on mattress hunt, this is the store to go to,

Woke up early to get myself a mattress this morning and decided to head into mattress firm. I couldn’t have been happier with what I found. Kyle, the store’s manager, was possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met. He greeted me with a smile and asked me specific questions about what I was looking for and my needs in a bed. He made the process fun, easy, and didn’t pressure me once. I’ll be getting my bed delivered tonight! Thanks Kyle.

My salesperson was Jacob Ducet. He was impeccably dressed… I mean he had a pressed dress shirt, silk tie, dress slacks and dress shoes. I appreciate when people take pride in what they do it’s tells me a lot about what to expect. Hey but that’s just me I’m just saying LOL. We Told him straight up I was looking for lowest price. He was not pushy and did show us their lower queen size prices and two options above that for comparison. I did choose a queen mattress in the $ 400 price range have though they had them as low as $ 178. I opted to upgrade my box spring to metal instead of wood. Delivery & set up was easy and quick to set up with the purchase for the following day. From beginning to end quick process. My friend and I appreciated his sense of humor as we are easy going silly kind of people that make an adventure out of everything even buying s mattress :) The store was beautiful and had large selection of top mattress brands and Jacob was very professional. I highly recommend this location of Mattress firm and will be back next morning month to buy two more!

Went into mattress firm to check out different styles of bed for my first big purchase. Kyle walked me through the process giving me the details on each style of bed. After helping me select my style a temperpedic he wakes me through each option for it and was helpful in determining the best for me. I left and tried a couple of other stores to compare and did not have the same service. I went back to Kyle which was further away just because of the great service.

Went into Mattress Firm today, Kyle had patience and was very knowledgeable on the different types mattresses available. Then we went on to pillows and found myself purchasing a type of memory firm pillow with great support. I would recommend this South Elgin location.

Kyle Engen was very professional and help me choose and buy and mattress. He was extremely nice and not at all pushy. He helped me decide on a mattress by asking me specific questions and then did an excellent job explaining the differences. I was very happy with the whole experience and will return.
