McDonald’s

First time there and it will most likely be my last. Granted it was just before 4am and they were probably converting to breakfast but the fries I got were double maybe even triple dipped and the 10 piece I ordered only came with 9 nuggets.

Go to Taco Bell there better pricing than the McDonald’s which overcharge you for the drinks are supposed to be a dollar and they’re not a dollar and the up charge you on your meal $ 7.90 for my meal other McDonald’s $ 5.95!

Thank God they got rid of the face-​to-​face, but the customer service is hit or miss. There are some really nice and awesome employees. Then you have the grumpy employee, like the lady in her 40s or 50s, who would not answer one of the speakers last week. So after two customers, I backed up and went to the other microphone. It was 10:33 and I waited 5 minutes at the other mic. She said «We are not serving breakfast.» And was nasty about it. Well, that made me come home and cook my eggs and sausage at home from now on. Otherwise, most of the employees are awesome and really nice, mainly the men and the young teenage girls and boys. Thank you!

LAME! These guys wont refill your coffee just for stepping outside. I eat at McDonalds almost every day and have never experienced this type of treatment. Rude and unfriendly.

Do I get that worked up over a cup of water? Yes. Yes I do.
The service here is okay. No one is particularly friendly, but they aren’t completely off-​putting. If someone smiled, the place may explode (or at least that’s how they act). My food was hot, which was nice, and the order was as accurate as they would let it be.
I pulled up to the drive-​through and asked for a Number 4. The girl at the window asked me what I wanted to drink, and I said «just water». Pop makes me sick, so I don’t drink it. She offered me a bottle of water, which would cost me extra. I said no, just a cup of water. I was told that I could not have a cup of water, because water is free (I fail to see why that is a problem), so I would have to get something else. She offered me an apple juice, so I took that. When I got my receipt, I was charged $ 1 extra for a tiny, tiny juice box (that didn’t even come with a straw, and for anyone who has tried to drink a juice box without a straw, you know it’s a pain), and they gave me a cup of water with it anyway! I’m irritated that I was forced to order something that I didn’t even want, and it cost me more for the honor!
When I called the manager, I was told that I could order the items separately (and be charged more), or get a bottle of water (and be charged more). He said that the computer won’t let them give me water with a meal, so I asked why they can’t just ring up a pop and put water in the cup instead. Apparently, that never occurred to them. Real creative thinkers working here, I guess.
Two stars, and I feel like I’m being generous.
