Payless Shoe Source

Went in this afternoon to see if I could exchange a pair of shoes I’d recently purchased which already had grommets coming out of place after wearing them only twice. The lady was extremely understanding, grabbed a new pair in my size, had me try them on, and had me out the door on my way in a matter of minutes
Payless offers a great variety of shoes — I especially like their flats especially for work. There is always a pair I seem to fall in love with in that store! This was the first time I’ve ever had a problem that soon after buying a pair of shoes from Payless and I was pleasantly surprised to see how the sales associate righted the problem for me. It wasn’t a hassle and I will be sure to be back at Payless looking for a new pairs of shoes sometime soon.

There’s not much to say about Payless Shoe Stores.
The shoes are reasonably priced if not inexpensive. The quality is in line with the price. I like getting work shoes here (I’m a waitress) because I go through them so fast.
I’ve been here several times and the service is good. Not bad, not great. Just good. I had a pleasant experience. The store is smaller so the selection is limited as compared to larger Payless stores. Not their fault of course.
