I guess I can’t be too critical about a place that I had low expectations for it to begin with. I was a walk-​in and I was greeted right away (which was nice) and I asked for a manicure. As I went to pick a color, I noticed that there wasn’t a very large variety and only a handful of the colors were salon quality nail polish (no OPI, only a few Essie). The tools it did not appear very clean and the files were noticeably well worn. The technician worked very quickly when someone who appeared to be a regular walked in asking for a specific employee. While I understand patronage to a small business is valued, I also think that paying quality attention to a first time customer is also very important. Unfortunately for Q nails they have definitely lost a customer.

I’m very unhappy with the service. I told her I wanted a specific nail shape, showed her pictures. I got the shape she felt like doing, I gave up trying to get the nail tech to give me what I asked for. after getting home I noticed my nails were bumpy, the product wasn’t applied correctly. cheap drug store brand nail polish selection… that should’ve been my indication to run, the good pro brands like OPI are almost gone, she had to refill with some clear liquid 3x while trying to apply my polish. a very frustrating experience, I will not be going back.

Best place for pedi & manicure. Almost forget to mention the promotion they have going on now $ 30 for pedi &mani from Monday through Wednesday. Also best nail art place and full set.

I am a regular customer at this nail salon. I always have the best experiences at this nail salon than I had ever had at other locations. I was here on memorial weekend which was hectic but the workers managed to treat my friends and I like princesses and we were extremely comfortable. Karen, the owner, did my pedicure and full-​set and she is the nicest lady I have ever met. The other workers are nice as well and they care about your personal needs. 5/​5, I would totally recommend!
