TN Nails

Went to this place to get my nails done with Kevin and he was not able to take me plus they are very rude people do not go there they will treat you like crap it’s a family business two brothers a mother and a wife and I do not recommend you to go there I went there again the second time around try to have Kevin do my nails and maybe do some design and he’s like I am NOT busy I am busy so I will never go there again even if they give me free service they suck totally in customer service these people are rude they don’t know anything

Great experience! This was my first time at TN nails. I was a walk in after being turned away from other places today because of them being under staffed and I had no appointment (like gossip 2 salon next door, and they wasn’t even 1 client), I was hoping they could squeeze me in. They were pretty busy. I was treating myself and my mom.
As soon as I walked in immediately I was greeted! I had never been there, all questions were answered and the woman Lina was friendly and very helpful! She was extremely friendly, and for as busy as It was, she was able to take us right away, NO WAIT! I was having my brows, lip and legs waxed, than a pedicure. My mom was having brows, chin, lip waxed and also a pedicure. She asked if I needed anything else or if my mom did, not pushy, she was just letting us know we were now her clients. She gave us all the time we needed and wasn’t rushing us just to get to another client.
Lina has a great personality and enjoyed our convo while she took care of me and so did my mom! She always asked if I was doing ok and to let her know if I was experiencing any pain. I have sensitive skin due to psoriasis so my skin can look pretty irritated at times. Not once was I in pain or uncomfortable she did a excellent job! She exceeded my expectations! She took her time and did a fantastic job. I hate being rushed, Lina did not once ever make me feel or my mom like we were holding her up.
For the reviewers who say it’s dirty, should probably have there eyes checked. It was very bright in the salon today, and I can personally say the place is clean, the tools are clean, the waxing room is is clean, the floor, walls, pedicure chairs clean. The place is clean! For people who say it’s not, I think are just miserable and wouldn’t matter how clean or great job TN nails did they would still complain.
Would I recommend them, Absolutely!
Would I be back! Already have my next appointment! Next time i will do a little more pampering! Ask for Lina! I know she’s great and by the looks of all the people coming in and out I think all the staff is just as good! When I left the place was still packed!

Small place and nothing special but they did a nice job. I had a pedicure and got a great foot massage. They have a lot of regular polishes but I also saw a nice selection of no chip. I would definitely return because it is convenient, quiet and she did a great job.

I agree with reviewer Aimee (bad grammar or not) that the salon is filthy. Everyone deserves a clean and safe salon experience. That being said, I still wanted to give them a fair chance, see for myself, and write my own review.
The customer service left much to be desired, I got there at about 11:15 and they supposedly open at 11am — most of the staff arrived after I did and no one even said hello. Despite all of that, the young girl who did my no chip manicure actually did a pretty good job, all things considered. She’s too good for that place and I wish I would’ve told her that (otherwise they would have gotten NO stars).

First of all, please ignore the viewer Aimee, you know, the reviewer with poor grammar. She came on here slamming TN with some pretty bad accusations and if you click her name– SHE owns another salon! Unilocal should not allow this sort of thing! And I can’t find a spot to report it. Anyway, have no fears, this place is very clean and friendly. There are no rusty tools, that is ridiculous. I tend to get my mani/​pedi here every couple of months. On occasion I get waxing services too. I will continue coming back here.

Kara/​Kristen and who ever else that I offended. My review on this salon was base on my experience/​expertise here at TN. I came in looking for a good manicure with longer massage that’s why I ask for a spa manicure and needed my cuticles push and trim. And I do not own a salon Kara! I am a licensed nail tech/​Esthetician/​makeup artist (the salon that I work at is super busy and sometimes we don’t have time to do each other’s nails). Cleanliness is very to me. I’m sorry that my standards is less then yours. Lol Glad your experience was better then my.
Worst manicure ever! First I asked for a spa manicure (needed a good hand massage) After seeing his «hands on» its appeared he was inexperience I switch to basic manicure. Poor customer/​poor social skills. He appeared to be nervous and unsure of himself. And my cuticles was poorly trimmed. I came in with a «almond shape» nails and walked out with round shape. Hate it! and His massage was dreadful. I finally asked him to stop the service without polish. And his tools was dirty. He took it out from the draw (stain and dusty) Yuke! And! Their selections on no chip colors is limited. Maybe 50 polishes? He set on the first station to your left. I hope he is not the owner. If so… good luck.

My sister and her friend have been going here for years. She finally dragged me to get my first ever pedicure. They are wonderful! The chairs are so comfy, it is a very clean place and they did a great job. My sister always asks for the owner (I forgot her name) and I had her husband. They both did a terrific job on the two of us.
We also went to get our nails done for my sisters wedding. They did a special effect on her nails with design and beads. It was just beautiful. I am a plain jane and never get my nails done, but for her wedding I did and I really really liked it!
We also have had our eye brows done here and they did a good job on that too.

Really disappointed to see there were no reviews for TN Nails. I live nearby, but decided to go 20 minutes away to a different nail place with good Unilocal reviews, and I had 2 bad experiences there.
Today, I decided to take a chance and went to TN nails. They were great! They had a great selection of «no-​chip» nail polish, and a good selection of the regular nail polish as well. Both my manicure and my pedicure were expertly done. I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks to get my nails done again!
