This place is horrendous. In terms of cleanliness in the office and the service they provide. First off, I saw cockroaches in the office while I was waiting for my car to be done. The entire place is filthy, I don’t know how this place is still running. I get the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t help, but at least clean the place up for God’s sake. Next, they totally hacked up my catalytic converter. I went in there wanting to replace my faulty catalytic converter for an aftermarket one to address my check engine light issue. Little did I know they were making my problem a whole lot worse. My check engine light kept coming back on after they worked on it so I had to go back to this place they call a ‘business’. They said there was a ‘leak’ on the catalytic converter they put on so they fixed that ‘leak’. Couple days later I’m back at the place again with my check engine light back on. This time they replaced it with another catalytic converter and charged me $ 40 for labor when they said the catalytic converter has a 3 year warranty. Driving my car for a week with no check engine light, I finally thought they actually fixed my problem with my catalytic converter. Then the light goes back on once again… I decide not to take it to this horrible facility and went to one of our trusted reliable mechanics to check out my problem. Turns out VELASQUEZ MUFFLERS HACKED MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Save your money and time everyone, it’s cheap for a reason. Never will I step foot in this place ever again.

They are fast and decent. I was charged $ 120 to change my muffler. Not sure why others here were charged less than I. The car sounds way better than before so I guess that’s something. The last place I went to only charged me $ 90.

The service is very good cheap and quick, I recently had to go in to replace a muffler they installed 4 years ago ($ 50), because of their lifetime warranty on their parts I got it installed in about 15 minutes for just the cost of the labor $ 20 dollars. It is CASH ONLY so make sure to go to an ATM or Bank beforehand

AIr Flow was rusted and cost $ 80 to repair. they are honest, trustworthy and VERY fair priced. I have taken three different cars here over the years and not once have I ever had to bring the car back. Great customer service and work. It’s a simple mom and pop shop, so first come first serve no appointment service. Get there bright and early so your in and out they get busy especially on Saturdays. Thanks velasquez mufflers for doing such great work.

Honest, trustworthy and compassionate. These would be the 3 words I would use to describe this business. They have helped my 87 year old father-​in-​law twice now. Today when he stopped by because his brake light keeps coming on. They told him that this shop doesn’t work on brakes, but they still took the time to look under his hood and see if he needed brake fluid. They didn’t charge him for their time, they just showed kindness to an elderly man that needed help. I really appreciate this and so did he. If I lived in the area this would become my new go to muffler shop! Hope they will add more services… we need more businesses with this kind of American spirit!

I had a giant corrosion hole in my muffler. I called on a Saturday and they were closing in 45 minutes. I got over there ASAP and they got my car right on the lift and quickly and economically fixed my exhaust system. Good work for a fair, competitive price.

It took ten minutes and $ 70 to change my muffler. Awesome.
