Well if like to. listen to the manager and customer argue about the coupon and the bill. KITCHENSTAFF can’t figure that on a Friday night that customer might want baked potatoes and roll with their meal Then this is the place for you, most likely this will be the last time we eat here. Even with limited restaurant here in Lima, it not worth it. Wait staff as ways good but the behind the scene staff and management sucks

Dinner Tuesday night Got ribs. Honestly probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had. Caesar salad was bland as was asparagus. TV in bar it couldn’t be in the worst spot so don’t come here to try to watch any games And the barmaid couldn’t be any more unfriendly. Really? Never ever return here Rule #1 in bartending Never ever leave the bar unattended no matter what(bar rescue)

This is a nice place to go for a decent steak and a decent salad bar. The only issue I had is the short older female manager is very unfriendly and treated our waitress like trash. She was very condescending towards her and the waitress was very sweet as they all are usually.

My wife and I go every so often and each time we’re pretty satisfied! I love the salad bar and the menu has plenty of variety. I recommend this joint for any casual night out

I have to rate it 5 stars since my experiences at this restaurant is always phenomenal. Salad bar is always well stocked. Great variety. Lemonades and steaks are superb. I have always encountered great service at this restaurant and it is my go to eatery when in Lima, Ohio. Keep up the good work.

My steak was overcooked and served on a plate of grease. Not to mention it was very salty. Still can’t believe they want to charge u extra for a small salad bar. Will not come back.

I was really disappointed with this place. They have a really nice décor. The garlic biscuits were really good. I ordered the chips and queso dip as an appetizer. The cheese was really soupy but good. The ice tea was really watered down. I ordered the flatbread BBQ chicken. The chicken was dry and way over cooked… An hour later we got it and they weren’t even busy. I’ve never been here before so I was thinking the waitress would bring us plates for the salad bar. Nope. They neglected to tell us that the plates were at the salad bar

When I went into the restaurant there were at least ten flies swarming the salad bar and pestering me. I should have left then but decided to stick around in hopes that the food would be worth it. The drink I had tasted as if it had been made with really old grenadine and was terrible. I had the lobster carbonara which tasted like it came from a can and was barely palatable with barely any lobster and mostly peas. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I just ate a few bites and got the heck out of there. Two stars is more than generous enough for this waste of my time and money.

This place is kinda fancy pants inside, but I like it! You don’t have to dress up or anything, but the place is classy. There are white linen tablecloths and those white square and rectangle plates. First of all, I really do not like salad. This being said, I loooove their salad bar. They have many different kinds of lettuce or you can get spinach and they have delish croutons and cheese for your salad. Another big winner for me is a place with cottage cheese. The strawberry lemonade it is super fancy and really tart, but I like it anyway and always order a water to make the expensive drink last. I’ve been to this location several times, mostly after I go to the mall. I highly recommend this restaurant! :P

I was so happy to eat here! It is a definite challenge to find vegetarian fare at restaurants in Lima, and hard to find healthy, good quality food. My folks figured they could take me here while I was visiting, due to the salad bar. I was thrilled to find a veggie burger(Lima’s one and only?) on the menu, and I believe it is Ruby-made(not a Gardenburger). Ruby Tuesday has a nice variety of sides on the menu, so I got some healthy steamed broccoli with my burger, which was so yummy! My burger came with fries, which were seasoned and tasty. My waitress was noticing my health tendency(asking for no mayo on burger, steamed broccoli) and asked if I wanted to substitute the broccoli for the fries. I did want the fries, but I really appreciated her asking. I didn’t even need to get the salad bar! My folks got it though, and the ingredients seemed fresh and good quality. My mom’s tomato-mozzerella salad side dish was too oily, but most things were good. It was such a relief to be able to relax and just eat a meal. Thanks, Ruby Tuesday! I’ll be back next time I visit the folks in Lima! 6 mo later, I’m upping my rating to 5 stars. Ruby’s is now my restaurant savior while I visit Lima. I went for lunch with my dad and ordered the veggie burger(w/o the cheese or mayo) and substituted the mashed cauliflower for the standard fries. Yay! The waitress was very nice at handling my special requests and was around when needed. This is the only place where I can get vegetarian food that is healthy while I’m in Lima! Thank you, Ruby’s!
