Have had Rooterman pump my tank a few times… everytime they have been here on time and got the job done. Devin has been here twice — very helpful advice on the tank as well! Good job! Will use them again!!!

similar situation to the other reviewer. we had a main line clogged… called a few other places and left messages, but rooter was the only one where someone actually answered. we were quoted a very high price on the phone but had no other option so we agreed. when the guy finally came, he kind of made a mess, but he got the job done and actually billed less than the original quote.
next time I might consider trying a little harder to fix the problem myself, but I wouldn’t avoid using them again in the future.

My main drain line was clogged and since this required a special machine snake, Rooterman was the only place that has the tool for the job. Service was great, my call got through right away (unlike calling plumbers on Craigslist numerous times and no pickup or calls returned). Even though they were busy that day, they were able to get someone to me right away. The guy was nice & professional and took only 20 minutes to fix the problem. It’s a little pricy, but since there is no one else to do the job, I guess it ok. They even call the next day to follow up. I like them.
I took 1 star off for the price. I think it should be about 10−15% less. But then again, how often does one main drain line gets clogged.
