A Empire Animal Pest Control

I have used A Empire on several occasions. For several different reasons, termites, carpenter ants, and even squirrels who took residence in a house that was sitting for a long time. He was priced very competitively. Only job that he had to come back to was the squirrels, one of the squirrels hid in the duct work. He scheduled to come back and removed the rodent. I highly recommend this company. He is a small company so he might not be able to come immediately but will always treat you right.

Great service! We found a hornet’s nest in one of the trees on our property and Robert (the owner) and his assistant, Devon removed it right away. They were supposed to arrive at 9 am on 11÷15÷14 but because they were nearby they called to ask if it would be okay to remove the nest early! They got here around 8 am and were done before 8:15.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a similar problem!

It started off good… then went down hill.
This business is so unprofessional. Try calling them and you get a cell #, no type of live answering service so whenever the so called owner feels like picking up he does. In his voice…“HELLO!” What a Jackass… he’s a coward! My issue: I had squirrels in my attic, so the AssEmpire staff inspected my attic and came to a conclusion on what to do. I agreed and work was to be done the next morning. The next morning arrives, no show or call. Remember this is a business… Finally a txt later that evening after I had left several messages during the day. Next day, he «Rob» the so called owner arrives and I’m at work and states the job is complete. I wish I seen what he did but anyway, he «the owner» then tells me that he has to come back in a week to remove the trap, ok cool… Long story short he’s like «I need the $$$ since I’m done.» I said no problem. I assume I give him half of the $ since he has to come back to remove the trap. He receives my envelope with the cash and calls back with threats as to his job being done or his little boys will take down «his job.» Whoah… I said, ok little guy, but technically it’s not done. Anyway, I gave them a check with the rest of the $ and up to now he’s has yet to return. This dude is a typical BS Artist. He’s all about the $$$ and not servicing people. Keep a customer buddy, that’s business 101. A Empire gets a «F» in my grade book. They suck! I was going to pass on the card and recommend them to others but I rather let the public know the truth. I love Unilocal and social media where my opinion will drive not all but some customers away… ching!

Does not respect confidentiality.

We had a bat fly into our son’s bedroom at 1 AM. I called Empire and left a message on their machine. Early next morning, I received a call and he told me he was on the way. Michael was pleasant and professional. He explained what he was planning to do, he captured our guest, and took him away. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
