Service not good, food late, nt paper toilet n the restroom, keep u debit card and also is no my first time here but today was really bad ! I hope so to will come back when the manager r here!

Had a great lunch here today. Great service, the food was amazing. They have improved a lot since my last visit. I’m really glad I came in today and I really recommend this place for everyone with good taste.

I went to Dolce with my wife this past Saturday night we were greeted quickly by a friendly young women that seated us immediately in a comfortable booth she took our drink and appetizers order as my wife and I were enjoying our appetizers and drinks my wife looked over and saw a pregnant roach coming towards her on the booth so we quickly got up told the waitress and left

My boyfriend took me here as a surprise and it pleasantly was! We both love to try new places and have been searching for a mature spot to relax and enjoy it over a good meal.
The place has dimmed lighting, cozy seating, great music and beautiful décor to create an ambient setting. You couldn’t deny the positive atmosphere because we were surrounded by returning patrons of all ages who equally loved the atmosphere.
The food is FANTASTIC ! What stood out to me is the Italian choices, I had the shrimp penne vodka it came in a large portion which is great ! Also tried the passion fruit sangria really enjoyed it !
Will plan to return here quite often :)

I think my coworker and I said it best when every meal came out and we tried each: «meh, it’s ok.» I’m giving Dolce 2 stars: 1 for their effort and the 1 for their creative menu item names.
Unfortunately, what you read on the menu isn’t exactly what you get on the plate.
I was there on a Saturday night with 15 of my coworkers. Unbeknownst to us, Saturday night has a slightly different menu that’s a fusion of comfort foods and exotic taste. Each item sounded really good, so we indulged in quite a few of them. I can say with confidence that each one was underwhelming.
For example, the cap’n crunch calamari did not have enough cap’n crunch taste. It was more of a slightly sweetened batter, that was overcooked. The pot pie filled with spaghetti and meatballs was literally the traditional dish with some bread on top. We have no idea why it was named pot pie.
The list goes on, from the cooler ranch Doritos chili (with a whopping 3 chips on top) to the kettle popcorn crab cakes (a dusting of apparent popcorn with way too many fillers in the cake), this menu is all talk and no walk.
Fortunately, I don’t like near the restaurant so it will be easy to steer clear from this underwhelming place.

This place reminds be of a Vegas night club! I don’t know what every body else is talking about in their review… but I had a blast here this past weekend.
It looks small from the outside and entrance, but once you surpass the entrance, bar, and a couple of tables — there is a whole other world in the back.
The DJ was GREAT! We all vibed and danced the night away. The people were classy and not raunchy nor ratched. The night included dancers who gave us a show at the bar — It was really nice.
The drinks were good and not watered down. I had a wonderful time.

This review is base on the restaurant and not the night club. This place was a lot better when it was the Red Parrot. The food and dinning area used to be so much better. I was really disappointed when I came back to see what it was turned into.

I enjoyed visiting this spot with my friend. The night I went the NBA finals were on. I liked the atmosphere and everyone in there was getting involved and was cheering on the game. The food was good but unfortunately the service was a bit slow.
Overall it’s a nice hang out spot and I will return.

Went here for drinks with a friend (female), not sure of the bartender (female) was on her period or having man problems very nasty and bitchy. She kept giving little side remarks all night couldn’t even give us a menu to look at their drinks. Such a bitch wouldn’t go back. Especially having our ids check before entrance show had the nerve to ask again. I said the bouncer check it outside this witch shrug her shoulders and said she doesn’t know what he’s doing outside.

A really kind DJ for a radio station booked me for an event here and I liked the interior of this bar. Would definitely come back when Im around.

This review is for the nightclub.
I went this past Sunday night for my 25^th birthday. I arranged it with a promoter to get myself and a few of my guests in free, plus VIP bands. I was also told that if I had six ladies in my group, I’d get a free bottle. Sweet.
Now, with that said: my night ended being a disaster because when I showed up, all I got out of the deal was myself and ONE guest in free (everyone else ended up having to pay — even though I went ahead and paid for two of my guests because I felt bad about the change in information). Other that: no VIP bands. And no free bottle.
Since we didn’t have our «VIP bands» (even after asking the promoter for them three or four times), our group kept getting moved. A female that worked there (whose name I should’ve gotten down) tried to tell us that we had to buy a bottle to be in VIP or we’d have to leave the area, even though I was supposed to get one for FREE. One of my guests actually offered to buy a bottle so we could keep our table, but then they changed their statement and said we needed two bottles! Are you kidding me?! The promoter who I worked with for that night had his friggin’ name in balloons in front of the club for goodness sake (because it was his birthday too), and we were STILL being treated like crap.
I literally had to ask for the owner, who was rude and dismissive at first. After talking to both him and the promoter, my group finally got the bottle (some measly moscato, but hey, at least it was something) and a table (but it was in the lounge area; no where near the VIP or in the party area at all).
If you go there for a regular club night, you’ll probably have more fun because the music is decent and the lounge looks kind of nice on the inside. My guests said their drinks were good (I didn’t have any because I was so concerned about what was going on). Also, everyone (except the owner and that girl who worked in VIP) were really nice. One of the girls who worked at the bar actually went and got the owner for me when I asked her where he was; I thought that was really nice.
But if you go there for your birthday, just go with ONE person and don’t expect VIP, unless you pay for it. Don’t listen to those promises. Like they say: «If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.»
They won’t be getting any of my business again, that’s for sure.

Review solely based on the lounge after 10:30…
Okay do ive come here a few friday nights for the party… its always been a haitian dj and party promoters. Which is fine since i know a few songs… but its always dead and empty until 12 or even 1 when majority of the clubbers decide to show up. Hate that.
In terms of the club itself it has very nice décor, greedy mangement who seem to either hate coming in late night, or hate their guests. Regardless of the reason ive celebrated one birthday here and itll be the last ordered 3 bottles (cash) and they want to argue with me about paying 5 extra bucks for another pitcher of cranberry juice (they only gave me one pineapple and one cranberry). After i just spent hundreds on 3 ciroc?! That was the worst experience ever and i honestly lost respect for the owner for hiring people with such a negative attitude to the ONLY PERSON who bought bottles that night. Like my request for their overpriced bottles was a burden to them. I can say the bartenders are very pleasant and they great to have small talk with. But I have gone back since the birthday party but I havent spent a red cent and I refuse to do so ever again…

I’ve been to this nightclub a few times on a Saturday night and its pretty blah. Its located in downtown Elizabeth surrounded by several Spanish restaurants/​bars. The cover charge is $ 20 and there really is no dress code. Upon entrance is the restaurant area which is nicely decorated. Towards the back is the lounge area there’s a little tiki area outdoors for smokers, with a small outdoor bar and heated. The VIP section is simple and small. The drinks are well made so you can get a nice buzz without breaking the bank. The music is very current and the DJ is upbeat.
Now onto why this place is blah: 1. The place is damn near empty everytime so they really need to get a promotion team together, 2. Because there is no dress code enforced (mainly for the women), as a whole, the crowd looks tacky. 3. The crowd is young. If they were to make this place for the grown and sexy only (25+), it would be great.

This place is a night club and during the day it’s a restaurant. — I am reviewing the restaurant.
I work around the corner from this place and it’s one of the only nicer sit-​down areas in Downtown Elizabeth (which doesn’t say too much). The club portion is in the back and the eating area is up front.
It’s never crowded when I go in there, which is a plus, but the speed of service at times makes you think otherwise. The food is OK nothing out of this world. I think there pizza/​flatbread things are probably the best.
I have a feeling this place functions better as a night club than it does a place to eat.
