Very slow service, won’t be back. Ordered soup and salad took over 35 minutes, probably would never get the soup if I didn’t complain. Manager said his printer was the problem.

Like most others the wait was about 10 min before anyone walked up to me. The place was an absolute mess! I asked for my normal IPA draft beer they didn’t have it so the waitress recommended another. I asked if I could try a sample which none of the other chain restaurants seem to have trouble giving me. Needless to say I’m not drinking a cold one. I won’t be back!!! The 1 star is for my waitress who was overwhelmed but did her best.

If I could give zero I would. We went here after trip to ikea on Valentine’s Day. We walked in and had a short wait of 5 – 10 mins which was better than any other place near by. When they took us to our seats the table wasn’t ready so me and 3 other adults and my son were standing in the middle of two other tables hovering around them while the customers who were seated there ate their dinner. It took about 5 minutes for them to clean the table up. Finally sat us and didn’t have a hair chair for my one year old even though we told them we needed one. Asked them to get one came back 10MINUTES later with one and if anyone knows what it’s like to have a restless one year old at a restaurant without a high chair it’s not fun. I was exhausted already. So we finally get to order drinks. As were ordering who I’m guessing to be the night time manager came over to our waitress and starts yelling at her about a check for a table on the other side of the restaurant that she wasn’t waiting on. So she became visibly upset and nervous. They got two of our drinks wrong and it took about 15 minutes for them to bring our drinks(mind you they were not that busy I live in ny and know what a busy restaurant looks like) finally order apps which came pretty quickly and were pretty decent tasting. Then we order dinner. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger when we get our food my burger looks like I ordered it from McDonald’s did not have any bacon, lettuce, onions, cheese nothing and was completely under cooked. Then we waited about a half hour for her to even come back to the table. We ordered another drink and when she came back empty handed we asked where they were and she forgot to put them in. So we were done at this point asked for the check and left. Waste of $ 200 dollars. Whoever the night time manager was on Valentine’s 2016 deserves to lose his job for the way he spoke to his employee in front of customers. I was embarrassed for the girl.

This place is horrible horrible!!! We sat there for 15mins no one greeted us no one said anything or acknowledged us. And then when we asked for the manager its they same person we heard complaining about being at work. We thought he was server himself to have said that and let customers overhear him!!! Just deplorable!!!

Just had lunch at this location. This time I’m trying their Rib Eye Steak. It comes with the salad bar &1 side($ 19.99). Not a bad value. But the Ribeye is a little disappointing. I ordered medium rare; it came out well done. I told the waiter & he re ordered it for me. It came out better than the last one, but it’s unevenly cooked. 1 side was medium rare, the other side was medium. It totally lacked flavor. It maybe due to the meat quality. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant close to my hotel. I’ll go somewhere else if there is another choice !

I’ve eaten here 4 out of the past 5 nights while staying at the Residence Inn down the street. Not terribly surprised, but the service is horrible. Each time I wait at least 10 minutes for a server to approach me. The food is blah at best. Kinda what you would expect. Unless you have to eat here, I’d recommend you find somewhere else to go.

We have been here twice on our trip with a huge party. The first time we went, we arrived late and found the manager taking care of us himself, a very friendly guy. We were very happy with food and everything about the service and place. The second time we travelled all the way from airport just to eat here. It wasn’t our lucky day I assume. We found a hair in one of our plate. Which made all of us doubtful. We still did eat and food was still good, but that thing kept bothering us. Few flaws apart, the salad bar is amazing at this place. It’s complimentary with few entrees. A must try.

I’ve been here about six times and totally satisfied each time. They messed up on my friends chicken Caesar salad and they offered her a replacement with no charge at all. Also I’m a vegetarian. so if i order any meat items, I order without the Meat. So they always give me a side dish as a meat replacement.

Horrible experience with the airport location nearby which isn’t even listed on Unilocal.Likely they don’t want people to know how bad it is. Food all came out wrong. Burger was raw. Buns were stale and tasted terrible. The service was abysmal. We don’t eat pork and they failed to keep it off our order despite our repeated requests. Waitress wrote down nothing from our order and said she did this all the time. Nothing was correct. We are only a party of two yet she still managed to forget everything we asked for. Write things down! Will never go to any Ruby Tuesday location again since they obviously have really bad quality control.

Lone female– they insisted I sit in the bar. Then, very slow to take the order– nearly an hour for the food to show(and, it’s not terribly busy). Baked potato showed up cold. Now I’ve been sitting for another 10 minutes waiting on the check. But the two drunk guys at the end of the bat having been getting lots of attention from the staff. I’m here only because I’m staying at one of the hotels next door. Probably should have gone to the Courtyard instead.

Service was 5 star, ask for Christina! Food was 3 stars. The loaded grits were hard. The Texas rub & hog heaven ribs were pretty good, fall off the bone tender, but the bacon had to be redone & cooked well! The Thai phoon shrimp were nice and(temperature) hot, but the presentation was poor. The signature cocktail had very little Alcohol & the chocolate cake, though decadent, was only average. Request pomegranate lemonade, which came with real juice versus Strawberry lemonade, which was pure syrup.

We stopped here for a quick lunch after picking up my car from The Residence Inn parking lot next door. I had a smoked prime burger with bacon and cheese and the salad bar salad. Our server was a young man named Charlie. He was very good at his job, recommending some drinks telling us what his favorite was. He also asked me how I wanted my burger to be cooked which pleased me. So I said«medium». The burger came and it was not as juicy as I remember the prime was, and it was well done. I finally got the busy server’s attention and told him it was well done. He took the burger back to the kitchen and came back and said they would make another one at medium. After a while I got another one. This time it was juicier. But the meat is not pink inside at all again. Our server came and peeked my meat and said that it was well done again and that he would tell the manager to take it off the bill. I really liked his actions — 1. he came back to make sure it was medium this time. 2. He reported to his manager and asked him to take it off the bill. The manager came to our table to see us(and the burger?) and apologized and told us he would take it off the bill. I always liked Ruby Tuesday for lunch especially because of the salad bar and I still will. The burger was not done right but our server Charlie did an excellent follow up.

This Ruby Tuesday is worse in all aspects on terms of food compared to its other locations. The tables and plates are filthy and aren’t kept clean. Even the salt and pepper grinders are soiled. I had to go to the bathroom after just handling the menus to wash my hands. That was a first. The food is also horrendously smaller in portion compared to what we’ve experienced. Either my table grew in size, or the plates shrunk. About 20% in portion size if I’m estimating. All of the entrees looked like as if they were ordered from a kids menu, and we don’t even like large portions. What’s the deal? I had the fish tacos with the salad bar. The salad bar looked sad and wasn’t wiped down for over 45 min’s while we were there. Most containers or sections of stuff were empty and needed to be refilled, yet nobody was interested in doing it. No croutons, oh well. The fish tacos were disgusting. The fish itself was mushy in texture like it wasn’t even fish. The tortillas… weren’t tortillas. Even the store-bought ones would have done fine enough. Other people in the table ordered stuff with chicken such as the tacos or quesadilla. Both said the chicken was ultra fatty and needed to be trimmed of fat. Nothing was hot, it was just lukewarm. The only good thing was the service. Albeit passive-aggressive and turning aloof once knowing we weren’t buying specialty drinks, our waitress did her job better than the cooks did theirs. Maybe you’ll have better luck when you come dine here. Who knows? Maybe we were there on a bad day. Either way, we won’t be back.

Good for Food Allergies Our daughters have peanut allergies and when we asked about safe foods, they handed us a binder of foods that were safe for peanut allergies(and others). Chicken fingers were moist and didn’t look pre processed but the honey mustard look watered down. The ribs were true to their description… fall off the bone but must have been laced with MSG as I was very tired afterwards(or was it because of the large meal???). Wife had the grilled chicken which she thought was too dry. And my other daughter had baked ravioli and found it too cheesy. Overall better than I expected for a chain restaurant. Convenient for the hotels across the street.

Pretty much your standard Ruby Tuesdays chain location. Bar seating, salad bar, typical RT menu. They did recently make some changes to their beer list, removing most of the craft beers that I used to appreciate. Gone is the Dogfish Head and the Sierra Nevada IPA, instead replace by more mass produced beer like PBR and Molson. How disappointing. Three stars since they’re a chain restaurant that seems to be following the instructions from their corporation and have little control over the products they serve.

The only reason why I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars is because I actually did not eat here. I placed an order to go, the girl on the phone was very helpful. She kindly told me exactly where to go to pick up my order. It took about 10 – 15 minutes for my food to be ready, as soon as I got there it was already waiting for me. It had all the utensils I needed(I hate places that don’t give you utensils when your ordering out) Will definitely order from here again

For our last meal in Jersey, this was our only other option… either here, or go back to Applebee’s…lol! Plus, it was right next to the hotel and it was pretty cold, so shorter walk. Friendly greeting when we walked in, they sat us at a booth off to the side. The only problem I had was that each time the door opened, that cold air blew through, even though we weren’t near the door. Our server was friendly but his delivery was so scripted… not much personality. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was a twist off. He didn’t even poor it. I know this is a chain, but some wine service skills should be given. The chicken flat bread pizza was great! Although, when we asked the girl who delivered it to bring us some small plates, she brought us some that just came out of the dishwasher… they were still wet. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya pasta with shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage. This was very good with just the right heat. The partner didn’t fare too well with the parmesan chicken pasta. I think the Swiss cheese is what kills it. We also ordered the Blondie because they were out of two others. This was good, came with vanilla ice cream. Overall, this place is fine for a decent meal. Service is cordial. It is the little things that do make a difference. This would probably be the only time I’ll ever eat at an RTs. Come to find out an old friend lives 10 minutes away. He could’ve saved us!
