The food and service here were both quite awful. Even in the dining area music was blasting at club volumes. The French fries tasted like chemicals. I’m sure this is fine if you just want to go to the bar, but this shouldn’t be classified as a restaurant.

I WILLNEVERVISITTHELOBBYAGAIN… I went there there the day before to put a $ 200 deposit down to reserved a VIP section for a party of 15. I specifically requested a VIP section in the cabana section and I was informed those are first come first serve, but one still may be available at 11pm. I was also informed that once my guest arrive all they will have to do is provide my name and they will be guided to the VIP section. The next day, upon arrival I was disappointed to learn that my party was still required to pay the $ 10 cover charge at the door and that there is a $ 1000 minimum for the cabanas. They placed us in a VIP section next to the cabanas that were all empty all night! I opened a tab with my credit card, but was forced to close it after every bottle purchase. The waitress explained that bottle tabs have to be closed immediately because people get drunk and forget to pay. That makes absolutely no sense! I can open up a tab and drink $ 500 worth of shots, but I can’t have an open tab for $ 500 worth of bottles?! My party spent over $ 700 that night and we didn’t feel we received any«VIP» treatment! NEVERAGAIN!

Okay. I have now been here several times and it’s time to update my review. Lobby, you’re losing it. Unfortunately, I don’t think they’ll do anything about it because people will continue to come here. The good: Food. They actually have pretty decent food here. That’s about it. The facility is nice, but management doesn’t take very good care of it. Since I’ve been coming here, it looks more and more worn down every time I go. The service here SUCKS. Every single time I visit this place, the waitresses and bartenders are too busy on their phones and chit chatting it up with each other to really tend to their customers. Granted, this may be because I go for lunch and dinner on the weekdays, but should that matter? Not at all. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten attitude over the phone for to-go orders or when I get there to pick it up. Oh, and another thing, my to-go order is almost ALWAYS messed up. I’ll say, «no sauce» and they’ll drizzle it on. Every single time. The last time I was there and dined in, I even ordered with the waitress and said, «Please make sure they don’t put the sauce on it. They tend to forget,» and she said, «no problem.» When my plate comes, what do you think was there? Yep. One time, they realized my to-go order was messed up when I arrived, so the staff had the cooks remade it, but didn’t let me know ANYTHING. So, I’m just sitting there for 25 minutes waiting for food that I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived, looking around seeing an empty restaurant and wondering why my to-go order is taking 45 minutes. I appreciate that they tried to fix the order, but a heads up would’ve been nice. Again, staff not wanting to take accountability for mistakes. It wasn’t until I complained that they told me what happened. Also, I injured my foot pretty badly on the property due to some uneven concrete and the staff seemed to not care. I was badly limping everywhere. The manager on duty offered me ice for my foot, but how would it look for me to be in a restaurant icing my foot? Some kind of compensation would have been nice, but of course there wasn’t any. And I ended up limping for four weeks because of that injury and had to walk around with a special shoe. I used to order food for pick up from this place at least 3 times a week. That has since stopped. It’s sad because this place has real potential to be something great if management actually gave a damn, maybe hired staff that were competent, but why would they care? They make a killing here because it’s Elizabeth, and despite its flaws, it’s still one of the better places in the city. Lobby definitely has lost business from me, though.

My friends and I went there to celebrate another friend’s birthday. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Loved the two levels and the food. Very nice. FYI: you have to pay to park and pay to enter.

My first Time ordering a delivery & I must say it was well worth it! The girl didn’t know the actual item but she claimed she was new and I just had to wait about 10 minutes on the phone for her to figure it out. The food was hot & delicious(over the top taco salad. I wanted to try something new but I like the fish tacos, soup & picada I’m a regular and I recommend getting a bottle if your having a night out with friends. I recommend a patron sangria, the lobby jack punch, piña colada with Henny, & lobby bulldog.

The atmosphere there is awesome, but unfortunately the food isn’t. I’ll take a pic of what we ordered. The best thing was the brownie but even that wasn’t great! It was a ufc fight night but the music was so loud that you couldn’t even hear the fight also the speakers are all over the bar ans the music is so loud that you have to scream in order to be heard. I may go back just for drinks, but I definitely don’t recommend any food.

Lobby Lobby Lobby. I have been to Lobby 3 times now, *The first time was in the outdoor area which I found to be super cool and Unique to be located on a highway it felt like a little get away. *Second time was for a friend’s party where we had bottle service in the inside downstairs area and that also was a fun night I liked the lounge feel it wasn’t a huge space so it felt more intimate. *This Past Saturday — My family decided to celebrate 2 Birthdays there. I was definitely skeptical about this choice once I found out they required you to come in to the place to put a deposit for your reservation. We live 40 minutes away ! I have made plenty of reservations that required deposits and they took your info over the PHONE. Ok whatever so my Nephew took care of that part. «The Bottle Special» was supposed to be $ 125 before 11. Not the case when we got there a little before 11 and bye the time they have you in a Cattle Line to PAY(Yes you pay a cover with Bottle service) and then they locate an area for you it was a little after 11 we were seated. So now the price is $ 150/$ 180(before tax and tip). Now that would not have been a Big deal had such an inconvenient deposit not been made on what was supposed to be the special . * By the way they have a huge upstairs lounge now that’s where they have tons of VIP tables. *The service — Our table server was seemingly nice at moments but mostly she was passive aggressive. Before we could get settled she kept stressing that in order to get an adjacent couch we had to buy 2 more bottles(OKLADY)!! Large groups can be a pain in the Butt I get that, but I don’t think the personal attention was there, Mostly because they were doing mass table service. The girls who worked there were all over the place table jumping . At one point I had to get up, walk to the bar area to order another bottle . The Tip is already on the bill for 15% so I think that’s why the service had a «Whatever I’m still getting paid» undertone to it. Everytime I ordered a bottle it was in cash NOT that I wanted the change but she never brought it back anyway. Which is nuts because each time I planned on giving her extra money but she ended up TAKING a lesser amount.(My gain) *Some of the guest did not make it in because there was NO parking *Waitress Gave my cousin Someone else’s License and Credit Card back(that was a huge problem for her) * A couple of us ordered food which was pointless because there was NOWHERE for us to eat BUT the bite I had of the fish taco was GOOD. *DJ’S were GREAT they played a good mix of, Club, Ratchet music and Latin Favorites lol *Security guards were suprisingly descent(as in super clubs they can be a little over zealous) *The floor was literally moving(felt it before drinking lol). I believe this second floor is fairly new so that was a little unnerving Maybe it was just the BASS. :) Overall if your into Big Clubs, Cover Charges, Big Crowds, Less than average table service, but a Rocking DJ go for the upstairs (IF) I return it will be for the outside area Hopefully that still has its Charm.(NO) upstairs for me . *3 stars instead of 2 was for the Fish Taco, DJ Krazy &DJ Camillo they were on point.

At this moment in time, as I record this review. We have the worst MANAGER ever. I was promised a service before and due to a lack of management, not the servers. they have failed to deliver. As a VETERAN, I feel repugnant to accept this service«FROMTHISMANAGER».! HEISTHEWORSTATTHISTIME! Lack of leadership is what makes this country filthy! He failed to deliver… and he tried to hide it on a server. WHAT A SHAME! SITUATION: I was told hookah by the server at 6pm,. Not the servers fault! But the manager said 8pm, he or the previous manager failed the team by not debriefing right. He failed the mission and LOBBYS concept of customer service: and I as VETERAN feel offended!!! HEFAILEDTODELIVER A SERVICE! You please fire his ASS!!!

THESTAFFISTHERUDEST/SNOBBIEST PEOPLEEVER. I’ve came to The Lobby several times two of the times for my boyfriends birthday. Now the first year we went it was fine. Although the drinks are over priced. Also on the first floor when crowded its impossible to get up and dance with your man and not worry about someone trying to take your damn seat. All in all that night was fine Now the next year a group of friends & I went out after celebrating my bf’s bday at brunch. It was early in the day perhaps 6 and we came to shoot pool. There are only two pool tables there and the first one was occupied by two white guys just playing amongst themselves. My group was probably 8 of us some ordered drinks and a big thing of beer. Our waiter kept coming by trying to aggressively sell bottles that were way over priced. The kicker is we only played a handful of games when the host came over telling us we had to leave because another party wanted to play pool. We kindly pointed out the other table had been playing way longer and she replies«well they bought a bottle» … If that’s isn’t the most rudest response I’ve ever gotten. We kept our composure and left but not without taking the black ball from the pool table with us. HA !

I’ve been here a few times. During the day it’s more calm and chill(preferred) Night time. (You wouldn’t catch me in there if everything was free) I asked the bartender if they carried any IPAs or Magic Hat #9. She looked at me like it was here first time hearing those words. I had to point at the handles for pouring draft. I ended up settling for Heineken bottle. The«bartender» knew nothing about alcohol or beer. I’m not a connoisseur but Jeezus, you should at least know what an IPA is. She must be used to only serving coronas and Ciroc.(that hoodrat, I’ve never left Elizabeth state of mind) The pool table was nice and vibe was chill in the day time. The food I had was great. I have seen other people order food and it looks pretty good and well plated. During the night: Parking sucks. Parking is atrocious At night its that«Elizabeth crowd» What I mean by Elizabeth Crowd. You know those kids who are still driving Hondas with loud mufflers who make the car go vroom vroom on 1&9? The same kids who got a girl pregnant and kept the baby and now that baby has a shitty child hood? You know those girls who wear north face jackets, timberland and hoop earrings? Those kind of people who have their own name tattooed on themselves? You try to get a girls number and she pulls out an android with no service because her carrier is metro pcs. The kind of people that still live with their parents with no goals and work in Jersey Gardens.

Went on a Saturday night with some friends. Fish tacos were amazing, I will definitely be coming back for the food. As for the music and crowd, I was not impressed. I would come back on a weekday for happy hour but not on a weekend. Service was good even though it was super busy!

I came here on a saturday night with a group of friends to chill and relax. When you first drive into the establishment, they have a $ 10 valent parking service. The place has two floors. We stood on the first floor because my friends wanted to eat. The first floor had a pool table, a big bar area and a lot of seating area. In the middle of all of that, their was the dj and a tiny space for dancing. The bathrooms are all the way in the back. It is not far to find out. My only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because they should make a bigger space for dancing. It is hard to dance with tables all around you. Tips 1. The downstairs is mostly hip hop r&b techno and freestyle. 2. Upstair floor is spanish music with more tables. 3. The menu is very limited for vegans. Maybe you can get some side orders like yuca fries, steamed veggies and sauteed spinach. 4. Have fun!

I had a blast with my girls and home boy. The music was on point the whole night and the drinks we deviously amazing. Some of us are but I’m not sure exactly what they are but they are all of it, so it must have been good. The dance floor in the first floor is small but the upstairs have a larger area but get ready to dance to Spanish music if you stay up there. The only thing super annoying is the security guard… They are super disrespectful, I couldn’t even hold my sneakers in my hands but other girls had sneakers make me want to slap them. Checked my bag twice and was talking to women very rude. That needs to be checked ASAP!

Drinks were disgusting. Stay away from the frozen drinks(strawberry daiquiri) tasted like rubbing alcohol mixed with strawberry syrup. Came around 12 am — hard finding somewhere to sit — had to flag down someone to place an order. The crowd is predominantly Elizabeth residents. Had high hopes for the lobby — completely disappointed and will not be returning.

First off its RIGHT off the freeway. Its a HUGE venue/club/karaōke/nightlife spot. I walked in and my friend got patted down(I felt safe). There is a bar in the inside, outside, and servers throughout ensuring you don’t need drinks and food. We had went outside to order and didn’t realize when a cup is over the draft beer that means its out(yep I don’t drink beer). With that being said we 0had to go inside and get the beer. It was cold, crisp, and delightful. When we sat down we were approached by a young gentlemen who asked if we were hungry and dropped off two menus. Surprisingly enough I wasn’t. After an hour of hanging out we decided its best we do get some food. We ordered this Picante(Mixed veggies, meats(sausage, chicken, steak, plantains, and these circle potatoes/starchy delicious things). I mean honestly I have been craving it ever since. It was very well seasoned and delicious. OH my… You know me… Of coarse I people watched. There was a birthday, the sang, drank bottles with sparklers, and were the life of the party on a Tuesday. I have to say I would love to come back and go dancing. OH don’t worry we definitely did a little shake. OMG! I almost forgot the BEST part. Tuesday is Karoke night. It was the best part of the night. Good and Bad singers. It was an interesting mix too. I love the MC and the Karaōke man who lead everything. Overall a great night. If your in the area, please check it out. Also available; LARGE screen TV for games Cabana Style seating when your in the mood for nightlife.(bottle min.) Outdoor Seating People Watching Dress to Impress & Casual Dress
