iHop

I have a terrible experience here any time my friends/​family drag me here. Takes are always left dirty. Servers have to quickly wipe them directly as they seat you. I ahead have to wait forever for my food, and by the time I get my pancakes, they’re cold. The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 starts instead of 1 is because the servers and host/​hostess are always so polite and apologetic. IHOP is understaffed and the staff works very hard to make up for that, but it’s nearly impossible to do. Once there was ONE server trying to take care of the ENTIRE restaurant. I salute them for staying at a job that I’m sure underpays them to do way too much work.

Service sucks. Food is OK. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. Floor is filthy too. Tables look clean, probably because there aren’t many people here.

Waited for 15 min for a server to acknowledge us! We ordered our drinks and it took another 10 minutes! We were close to walking out and going to Cheddars next door but my husband is kind and has patience. Server brought me a straw to stir my coffee cause they were out of spoons! Really! Ok it’s been 20 minutes and waiting for server to take our order! Omg! We have things to do!!! Finally! Now the wait for our food! Hummmmmm… the cooks must be on break cause it’s been 30 min. So far and still no food! This place is not packed so there should be no excuse for the horrific wait time!!! Finally received food! Everything was cold! Almost 2 hours to eat a cold breakfast! Not going to come back here anytime soon!

Just walked out of of this location after sitting at our table for 12 minutes without so much as a server even speaking to us. Incredible.

It’s IHOP… Don’t have to say much. Average service. Average food. Ordered grits and they came undercooked. Ordered eggs over medium and they came undercooked. Meh

When this place first opened in 2013 it was excellent… It would’ve been a 4 star place (one off for wait). Since then this place has deteriorated exponentially.
The long wait. Filthy floors. Dirty tables. Dirty restrooms. The food is good but the silverware and plate questionable. So sad. I used to like this place. It’s comparable to Huddle House. Maybe a notch above Waffle House because of the variety of food.
I recommend Bob Evans or Panera over this place. Unless management, service and cleaning staff step up their game, patrons will continue to drop like flies.

45 minute wait, open tables everywhere, according to them due to the kitchen trying to catch up. Terrible service, they need speaker to hear your name since they have no one with loud voices apparently. They need new management ASAP. Unacceptable.

Wow is about all I can say! We had to wait when there were a lot of open tables. We got seated and got our drinks relatively quick. We put in our order (two sandwiches, an omelet and a happy face pancake) and waited over 40 minutes for our food. When our cold food arrived, the waitress smelt like cigarette smoke. My husband had to get up and go to the wait station to get a refill and our silverware. There was an older gentleman that was sitting beside us and he had to go get his own silverware and drinks as well. I can assure you we won’t be back.

Ate dinner here. Smell when I walked in almost made me want to go elsewhere after I got in and seated I wish I had. Floors were dirty. Waitress took our order and got it wrong. Waitress dropped a piece of chicken on the floor went to replace it but I’m not sure she didn’t just put it on a plate and bring it back. She returned with a new piece within 1 minute. Waitress did try.

I had a gut feeling this morning that we shouldn’t eat here, but I thought we’d try it. Good Lord, what an awful experience. The «fifteen-​minute wait» was more like 40, then when we finally sat down, we waited another 45 minutes for our mediocre food. My burger was ok, but the meat didn’t taste seasoned at all. My poor husband ate lukewarm food that had clearly been sitting for a while before it was brought to our table. The server didn’t come around much, and I watched two tables of people beside us get seated, order, eat, and pay while we still waited patiently for our meals. My husband wanted to say something to the manager, but I just wanted to eat and get out of there. Awful.

Terrible! We waited 40 minutes for our food and asked the server where it was. He told us he would be right back with it. 10 minutes later still no food. We got up to leave and told the manager why were leaving. I looked up and saw our server eating in the back, not even getting our food. Then the server had the nerve to get rude with us.

These folks deserve no stars for their mediocre service and long wait. We went there when we first moved from Hawaii because my son was hankering for some pancakes. The wait was more then 60 minutes no lie. We got overlooked with the same servant twice. She even served a couple of clients who arrived way after we had arrived. I was gonna leave but I had to suck it up for my son’s sake. If you really have to go to this location make sure you download a movie or take a book and some snacks as well because you are in for a long wait my friend.

We ate here on a Monday morning around 10:45. Short wait for a table, but the wait for food was over 40 minutes. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm. Poor service when the restaurant wasn’t terribly crowded.

If you want to go sit in a booth and have a server forget about you, not clear dirty plates, and try to avoid you so they can socialize behind the counter, come to this IHOP. The service sucks. It’s pretty disrespectful. Pancakes were good, too bad you sit for 45+ minutes waiting for them once you have to walk to the counter to flag down a server that doesn’t want to help you anyways. The 1 star is for the pancakes, that’s all they deserve.

This Ihop always has great customer service and the food is always hot. I love pancakes and while this is a chain, this restaurant never disappoints.
The only thing is that it sometimes has tables that smell like the water it has been cleaned with hasn’t been changed in a while, that is a downer when the delicious food smell has to compete with that.

Fantastic location, great parking, restaurant was clean, service was fantastic!!!
I was greeted when I came in, was seated with in two minutes of walking in the door.
Had a friendly waitress, took my order right away. With in a minute or two I had a picture of coffee on my table.
I ordered a stuffed French toast plate and it was fantastic…
My bill was waiting on me before I finished my meal. Only took a second to pay for it and I was back out the door.
I wish other companies would have customer service the way IHOP does.
I will be returning here to enjoy this restaurant again and will suggest it to others.

Got 2 dinners and a waffle $ 29.89 plus gave girl $ 2 tip for nothing… Chicken meal looked a day old.$ 5 for 1 waffle. it was not cooked all the way and rubbery. Smelled like old dirty mop water. When I called to complain management left me on hold for 10 minutes

Couldn’t have been more pleased here. We waited in line (typical IHOP weekend morning) and were seated after about 15 minutes. Service was prompt, coffee was hot and our waitress was kind. Of course, I ordered my favorite, the «sampler» and I was not disappointed. It’s about time an IHOP cam a little closer to Radcliff and E-​Town, so the location is perfect. The only reason I am not giving out 5 stars is that I am an IHOP veteran and this IHOP give you very small portions in my opinion. I know, I know, I’m fat enough already, right, but it’s still my money. Although the food was on point, the scrambled eggs were about enough for my 7 year old and the hash browns half the size you normally get at other places. So, management needs to give a little more helpings to us «big guys» and it gets 5 stars… let’s see if they read this one.
