Picked up a small with mushrooms the other day. Nobody could believe how inexpensive it was and we liked it better than the everything-on house pizza at R&J which we usually get and which has thicker crust and costs more than twice as much. \ Was it the best pizza I ever had. No. Was there anything I could complain about. No. The box was sitting on the counter, not being kept warm. But, really, the price is right and the pizza is good enough for me.

As an Etown local, we have ordered here many times. always just been meh. chicken parmesan sub came with pressed chicken instead of real chicken. jalapeño poppers come as if frozen half thawed heat up in the microwave for my non enjoyment, poppers. wings are okay and pizza is okay for the limited amount of delivery choices we have. however, customer service seriously lacks at this location. twice we have called up to order 1.5 hours BEFORE closing time, only to be told the grill is off and we are limited to our choices. the second time it happened and questioned why the grill was off more than an hour before closing, told to deal with it and order what they have available. let’s just say we chose to go elsewhere and will not be calling them up anymore…

So we had Metro a few years ago and the pizza was… ok? But hardly someplace you wanted to frequent regularly, but it was very inexpensive. Recently we saw that they have a new ad saying they have changed their ingredients, made things better, and try them again for the first time. OMG, ITWASWORSETHANBEFORE! My kids didn’t like it, the wife and I wanted to kill ourselves after eating it. Even the next day here I still can’t get the taste out of my mouth. You are better off elsewhere.

My kids love this place. I won’t eat their pizza because of the low quality, but the kids love it. I don’t mind getting it for them because how cheap it is. You really can’t get a better deal on crappy pizza anywhere. But you get what you pay for. Want cheap fast pizza? BOOM, here it is. They’re very consistent.

Not only cheap, but great real Italian pizza. Not the grease laden American pizza some locals are accustomed to, but rivals the best Pittsburgh Italian pizza at great prices.

Cheap, Yes. Good, No. Can’t really be more concise than that.
