Disappointed with the selection of yogurt and toppings. It was too pricy for what I had.

Yes, it is your typical soft serve yogurt in which you pay by the weight… why didn’t we protest this method when it first reared its ugly head? However, it was just what I needed at the time. The yogurt was delicious and the fruit toppings were fresh; they also offer smoothies and the like that I wasn’t aware of UNTIL I went to cash out! We are returning very soon since the first trip was enjoyable.

My kids love the Nutella flavor and I really like Lucky Taro. It’s hard to nail what the flavor is but there might be some lavender and honey. They were out of sample cups and we didn’t want to put anything in our cups that we don’t like since you pay by the pound. It’s good frozen yogurt with a nice atmosphere. My kids love going. As long as you pay attention to how much you are putting in the cup, going out for treats doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg.

I am giving 4 stars because even though this place is great, they can work on customer service. My husband and I went there this afternoon and when we walked it, there were 2 more customers eating already. The girl working there didn’t bother to greet us at all. Not did she say anything when we left. No good bye, no have a nice day, no come back at see us. Nothing. Also the frozen yogurt was kinda too soft for my taste, almost watery. Will go back, and hopefully they work on their customer service by then.

Fantastic restaurant! Location is perfect, sitting right on the Dixie. I also use the dentist right next door. I was very impressed by how clean the entire restaurant is. Elizabethtown has many restaurants that could learn from this place. The staff were fantastic! Very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did not think the price for my cup of yogurt was bad at all. Plenty of different types of yogurt to choose from plus plenty of different toppings to choose from. I enjoyed myself and will be going back.

Great yogurt and toppings! The staff was a little unhelpful but not out of the ordinary.

So glad this place opened in Etown. Great frozen yogurt, delicious toppings. However, I recommend skipping the yogurt and going for a smoothie, they are so good I slurped mine in minutes.

Red Mango is excellent overall. Adds something new and fun to the Elizabethtown area :) Variety of frozen yogurt flavors available, toppings galore, and all offered in a modern, fun environment! Only negative remark is we came in for a visit the other day and probably 2 – 3 employees were sitting on the floor cleaning the floor with the same gloves on the people behind the counter wear… For one, hands-and-knee cleaning is for after closing hours… For two, who’s to say they didn’t just get up and start slicing strawberries with the same gloves on?! I didn’t stay to find out. But all in all a good experience every time. Try the raspberry cheesecake, it’s rather delish!

Red Mango — a great addition to the Elizabethtown ambiance, frozen yogurt with multiple toppings to select from. The good — very clean environment and multiple choices to satisfy the most critical palate form your flavours to multiple toppings. The bad — I can understand that the place is new and the management wants to keep it clean for its clientele. But I do not expect to see the sitting area blocked off while 3 employees are on their hands and knees scrubbing the floor. Why can’t this be done when the establishment closes for the day? One employee was sitting on the floor scrubbing a tile as if a crime had just taken place. DANGER — Since there was not sitting room inside(cleaning) the option was to sit outside. Nice thought on placing chairs outside, however there is a very dangerous scenario unfolding here. The plastic lawn chairs are sitting directly in front of the store’s sidewalk, with cars parking facing the store. One minor accidental slip from a car driver and it could very easily drive right into the patrons sitting outside. There is no barrier to stop a car from doing such. Location — very hard to see from the street, unless you are looking for this business, you would never know is there. $ 22 for 3 yogurts — ouch!!! Average price for a medium cup is $ 6 and a large cup is $ 10… a bit pricey for yogurt. I recommend everyone to try this business; don’t take the large cups… unless you have read the prices above. I will return, not as often, and will take the smaller cup next time. Hope to be able to sit inside.
