The Hitch Store

I ordered a hitch for my 2011 nissan xterra, and it did not fit!!! I even took it to a uhaul to try to get it installed to make sure i wasnt crazy, and they couldnt get it in! Thanks for nothing hitch store.

I needed a hitch receiver so I could cart my bike around without storing it in the car like I’d been doing. I had no idea what kind to get or where to get it from until I stumbled on a few websites that listed different purchasing experiences from the place I’d originally considered. They weren’t positive, so kept searching.
I found the Hitch Store and decided to go with them after discovering great reviews on them and finding out they also offered the best price on the Curt hitch (one of the most popular ones on the market, I found out). Once I made the purchase, they did a phenomenal job in communicating each stage of my order with them. I was also impressed that they sent an email to me each time there was an update to the UPS tracking website. My package left their Elizabethtown store and, voila, I was sent an email. From that point forward, I received an email every time my package went somewhere – I even received one from them once it was delivered to my house. Verrrry nice.
When I got home, there was a huge box at my front door. I was also happy that there were no big tears, bumps or bruises to it. Took it out of the box and it was in perfect shape; even better!
If you’re not experienced in buying these sorts of things, make note of the Hitch Store. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll have a great hitch on your ride!
