It’s A Wonderful Light

I’ve had my lights done by this company for the last 3 years. But this year really impressed me. They contacted me in October with an install date and invoice. I paid the invoice and as promised, they put up my lights on November 14, but I did not turn them on until November 22^nd, due to the holiday. Once we turned them on, we discovered that we did not like how they looked. I decided to send an email to have the problem identified, when I noticed 20 minutes later, the owner himself in my yard, redoing the lights. He checked in with me personally before he left, to see if I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company for holiday lights. Excellent personal customer service.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
My husband and I had Ben come over who told us he was one of the owners. We explained to him what our ideas were for our Christmas decorations, at that time he provides us with two invoices. My husband and i reviewed the invoices the following day, and decided on what we wanted, we called him back left a message with Danielle. To our amazement we were told he could NOTdo the job! :(My husband and I chose to do lighted garland around our arch in front of our home the price of the garland which we were purchasing from him was$ 360.00 the labor was$ 206.25.) Bens reason for not being able to do it was that they have a minimum of $ 500.00 in labor, Which of course he NEVER told us. we were very disappointed, not only in him but the company itself. He admitted he made a mistake and was not clear in explaining his minimum. Never once did Ben try to work something out with us or apologize for the misunderstanding. He did say he would speak to the other owner and get back to us, he NEVER DID!!!

They’ve been installing our lights for the past 5 years– we love them! Best service and price in Chicagoland. So nice to not have to worry about our lights and we get many compliments on our display. Always looks great. We are very pleased with It’s A Wonderful Light. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional holiday light installation in Chicago and suburbs.

It“s A Wonderful Light was a pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job on the Christmas lights on our home. They were so professional and neat. You could tell that the lights were done by professionals. We got so many compliments on them. Highly recommend them!
