I booked this place for my son’s 3rd birthday party at Carousel room. I can’t say enough about staff that were assigned to me. Ladies were just wonderful. Cheerful, attentive and simply pleasant. Kids had a good time at the carousel as well as the other play room. I would say this is for kids up to 5 years old, maybe 6. Pricing is comparable to other playrooms. Time limit of 2 hours is pretty much the standard for kids parties just make sure you book ahead. This place books months and months ahead. We chose week night instead because, I didn’t plan ahead. We really had a good time! Highly recommend for birthday parties.

Fun for a rainy or too hot day, but probably not good for kids over the age of four. You can’t beat the price at $ 4 a child, and unlimited carousel rides make it a destination for us when there’s not much else going on during our day. The actual play area is made up of old PlayPlace equipment(think McDonald’s and Burger King style plastic pieces) that are connected together to make a giant tunnel system. The kids I bring love it, but it gets extremely hot when there’s a larger amount of children there so dress accordingly. The staff is always friendly towards us and we’ve never had any issues. While we love going here, I’m giving three stars because I feel that the play area could be better cleaned. It never smells like cleaning products are used on a nightly basis, and the carpet is kind of mothball-y. I’m sure they clean but could benefit from doing it more often.

Worth stopping by. $ 4 a kid and they can go on the carousel an unlimited time. The play room area was just ok. We brought a two year old and three year old and both found it a little difficult to climb up some of the tunnels due to their height. Overall the kids made the best of it and still had fun. They recommend having socks. I forgot them but the women at the front desk said it would be ok this one time.

The carousel is fantastic, but the play area is just okay. The tunels are too big for a toddler to scale so they are left with a small slide, a few foam blocks and one push car that kids tend to hog or cry over. Bigger kids have the tunnels to play in, but nothing else. There is plenty of room to fill the play area with more activities so I don’t understand why they choose to keep it so generic and boring? On a positive note, the room and facility is very clean and the ladies monitoring are always very pleasant.

My only experience is going here for a child’s birthday party. I don’t know the price off hand, but you can bring your own food. There is a play area with a few toys and a climbing playhouse type of thing you might see at a fast food restaurant. The carousel is fun. They don’t seem to mind if you hop on and off, so if you’ve always wanted to try this, go book a party! By the way, hopping on is easy, hopping off can be dangerous. One girl took a nosedive into the chairs. I would definitely consider having a party here. Kids love carousels.

I am so disappointed with my experience at Jumps N’ Jiggles today. I set up an online play date group, and today our outing was to Jumps N’ Jiggles. Shortly after arriving, the park district allowed one of their day camps into the facility due to the weather outside being rainy. I did not have a problem with this except for the fact that half of the kids they allowed in were NOT wearing socks in this indoor climbing facility. They were allowed to run back and forth between the carousel room and the jumps n jiggles room with barefeet. Also, the park district staff wore shoes while walking throughout the entire facility. I had my 3 year old and twin 1 year olds there, and the these kids were climbing on the baby stuff with no shoes. I confronted the staff, and they said their sock policy is recommended and not required. However, their posted rules say quite differently. I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager was too busy to come talk to me, but just told the staff to tell me they would refund my money and give me passes for another time. I gathered my children and went to get my refund to which the person at the front desk argued with me and just told me I could have passes for another time without a refund. Again, I asked to speak to a manager. No manager came up, but rather just told the lady to give me my money back. Poor service and a manager who won’t face customers. Also, how unsanitary to allow kids to run around this indoor play place with NO socks!!!

Small play area and decent size carousel. Play area does have a climb tunnel which is a plus! But, other than that there is nothing else there. This place is for toddlers only, not for older kids. Another annoying thing is loud parents who shout like the world revolves around their kids only. It’s a small indoor area and if you’re looking for peace you are better off staying home or going to a park for free.

Love this place. Whenever I’m here the moms are paying attention and the kids don’t get out of control. Nice indoor play area. My son was just under 2 when we went here for the first time. Like Sassy said, it’s pretty much like a McDonald’s play area without the smell of food(tempting or disgusting as it is). They are only open 10 — noon M-F. Be cautious of course at Spring break time or when it’s rainy because it just may be too busy. Fortunately the ladies at the front desk warned us before we paid and we just went to the park that day. And there is often a get one kid in free with paying for 1 coupon.(no charge for Adults –as it should be !)

We have been going for years now. My kids are almost too big for it. They have an indoor play area with tunnels and towers to climb into and a slide to go down. Its similar to a McDonald’s playplace. They also have some smaller type slides, club house and toddler toys. Its divided into two rooms. One is the playarea and the other is the carousel room all in doors. There are tables set up in the carousel room for snacks. It open most mornings from 10-noon and its a great price.($ 3.50/kid) You can usually find buy one get one free coupons in the Oaklee guide. We did a lot of planned playdates here. Its great for just getting the kids out on cold yucky days when they need to be active.
