Courteous, professional and good at what they do! I was referred by my Dr. for a frozen shoulder joint that I couldn’t ignore any longer. It’s a small office, hidden in the back of the Elk Grove Village Pavillion. I was skeptical at first, but results are what speak loudest to me, and I am nearly 100% back to normal! I like that they ALWAY clean the beds and provide new clean linen between each patient.(that is a huge plus for me) My PT Specialist, is Mark and he is amazing! Friendly and very open. I don’t really like the idea of a stranger touching any part of me, but his personality is very unassuming and genuinely caring. Another thing I really like is that you ALWAYS see the same person. So that person is very familiar with your disability.(They don’t assign you to whoever is available.) I give them a two thumbs way up! :D

I came here after having a bad experience with another physical therapist and after finally getting knee surgery. I enjoyed my time. I think the staff is great and not a bunch of professional stiffs. I appreciated the fact that the PTs didn’t treat me like a fitness idiot and by the end of my time there I was pretty friendly with most people and since I go to the gym in the same building, I still stop and chat with them. I would say the equipment is pretty much the same you would get at any facility unless you go shelling out hundreds. Also, I would have to say that the«rudeness» isn’t very serious. This is just some of the staff’s personality and I personally like the attitude; kept me on my toes. I felt the staff was knowledgeable and helpful and supportive. WAY better than my previous experience with another place. I needed someone who would push me and not act like I needed to be babied along. It was nice not to have someone staring at me while I did the same exercises week after week. I hope I never need to… but if I do, I’d go back.
