Excellent service, reasonable prices, and quality work. We have been going here for years for dry cleaning and alterations.

Hanover Park, IL
Had a coat cleaned there, came back without belt. When I called in, counter person told me to check the second hanger as they hung the coat on one hanger and the belt on the other. Coat had two hangers, but no belt on second hanger. When I went in with the coat, as they asked me too, first, she remembered the coat and it had no belt, then later she didn’t remember the coat at all and maybe I took it to another cleaners who lost the belt and then brought it to them to file a false claim! Owner said the same thing – called me a liar! Old owners were lovely but this new owner? Not at all. Won’t go back but that still doesn’t get my original belt back or a replacement. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS!
