Friendly and convenient. I normally use this cleaner because its near my job. My first impression was that they are a bit high. I have used other cleaner services and this is one of the higher ones. They do a great job with my items each time so I guess it’s worth it.
I did have one problem though, and despite that I am still giving them 4 starts. One of my shirts was completely ruined. It had a design on the front and I mean. it was beyond repair.
I was extremely upset because it was an exclusive shirt! We talked about it and they ended up reimbursing me for the full price that i paid for the shirt. I looked online and find comparable ones and they honored it.
I appreciated them working to not only reimburse me, but not lose a customer. They were extremely apologetic.
I will be back!

I’ve used the Signature Cleaners for tailoring twice now. Granted, I’m not asking them to make a suit. I simply had pants hemmed. But, they did a great job and the price was right.
