This has to be the worst location of them all. Not only can they not get a sandwich correct, but they are rude. One night I entered into the shop, I asked for a giant #16, no onions, no peppers. I then politely ask them to mix and the cheese with oil. Knowing that I get stare down like I’m asking to borrow $ 1000, but they got the order wrong. I find this out as I am home ready to eat dinner with my family. Then I go back and ask them to fix it, and they make it seem like it’s my problem and my fault. Do not waste your time and go to this location. Absolutely the worst one in the corporation

Don’t bother with online ordering! A bunch of coworkers and I did an online order which consisted of 5 sandwiches. We stood there at the sign that said«skip the line online orders and phone orders» for 4 minutes before I had to ask for my online order, which wasn’t ready and wasn’t being prepared until there were 2 people in the line which was 15 minutes after walking in. The staff all looked very confused as to why we were angry. Despite how the food tastes, I will never go to this location again.

Sandwiches are good but this location is inconsistent at best. I’ve been given the wrong sandwich(mixed it up with the person behind me) and apparently they like to lock their doors 15 minutes before closing while they stand around on their phones.

We were doing some yard work at a friends house, and I was sent out to get food for everyone at the house. They suggested Jersey Mikes. So — got a couple of different subs, and they were good. Unfortunately, it was last fall, so can’t remember now in March — but nothing bad rings a bell. BTW — does anyone know how to post more than one review and visit on Unilocal of the same location, or do you always have to just«update» your one and only allowed review ???

Amazing subs! When ordered«Mike’s way», tastes exactly like an East Coast sub – just need to bring grinders out this way!

Pretty generic as far as corporate sub shops are concerned. My only qualm would be the excess amount of lettuce that they put on the sandwiches. really not necessary.

I believe it was the owner or manager of the place that was extremely rude! The tall guy there. He treated us like we shouldn’t have been there. We will never return here again. What a shame!

My parents went here yesterday to try it out because they got a coupon although they really liked the food the guy that they presented the coupon to very arrogantly gave them back the coupon… and said«we don’t participate with this»…however the locations name and address was on the flyer…

Went in late maybe closing time; Guy at the grill made me a chicken philly sandwich; the chicken was all black; So had him clean the grill and make another one. Cook was courteous despite being late and closing time. cannot tell the taste as I abandoned both the subs.

The sub was great but… First off the food. I loved the fact that they small deli-like area with fresh cold cuts and cheese just waiting to be sliced for each customer! The associates at my employer received coupon’s for any sub as long as we ordered it «Mike’s Way.» I was shocked to be able to use that coupon for any sub on the menu! That was great. Now on to the but… When management forgets that they have other customers and loudly handle rude customers its a huge distraction. While there a group of teens were doing some horseplaying, the guy behind the counter(which I am assuming was a manager) screamed over«not in here — this is not the gym.» At that point the teens looked embarrassed, put their heads down and giggled. He then screams… «Keep that in the gym at school!» All I was thinking was, «sheesh it was over and you’re giving me a headache with your yelling.» It was also freezing cold in their. Don’t get me wrong it was raining, so being a little wet may have played a part, but when i rub my arms and says sheesh… and an employee chimes in and says. I know its cold in here right, Im like come on! Luckily the food was pretty good so I will return one day, it just wont be a priority to do so any time soon.

Went for lunch for my wife and I. Got 2 mini turkey provolone subs. I was in and out really fast. Found out my wife had a rewards program with them and both subs ended up free. They are priced reasonably otherwise. The subs were really good and everything was frssh.

Pretty good for a chain sub shop. The employees are usually friendly and the meat, cheese, and vegetables are fresh. My only complaints would be that the sub rolls are often overbaked and the roast beef can be fatty or too rare. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. The free birthday sub(for Rewards Members) is a definite plus. It helps to offset the rising prices(regular subs are now above $ 7).

Clean, fast, and courteous. It doesn’t matter the time of the day or even the day of the week. The staff here haven’t disappointed me yet. Wide variety of sandwiches. Fresh ingredients. You can’t go wrong! I’m here all the time and have no problem continuing to support this spot.

Solid bread that is crusty enough on the outside, yet soft enough on the inside. Freshly sliced in front of your face meats are a plus, and veggies look and taste fine. Reminds me of Jersey, but not quite the same. Biggest difference is size and price. At most«mom & pop» sub shops in NJ you get a larger sub at a smaller price. But while here, get it Mike’s way… he won’t do you wrong.

I grew up in New Jersey. In fact not too far from where this chain got its start at the Jersey Shore. New Jersey is the home of the sub and no one can quite compete. The bread is always soft inside, but crusty on the outside. The meats and cheeses are piled on. Vegetables top the meat, then always, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. When you leave New Jersey, the further away you get, the more it all seems to change. First, the bread loses its crust. The weight of the meats and cheeses decline. It just never seems the same. I admit, I never went to a Jersey Mike’s in NJ. Perhaps when you are in the state where people expect their subs to be made a certain way, they do. But, I have been to Jersey Mike’s in a few states and my impression has been consistent. While the sandwiches are good, they are not Jersey subs. First, the bread is large and soft — like a large hot dog bun. I say large because they are very bready. I guess bread is cheaper than meat. So, there is less meat that you would get on a real Jersey sub. The vegetables are fine. And, if you get it made«Mike’s way», the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano are all added. But, they do ask you if you want mayo too. To a New Jerseyan, asking that question is sacrilegious. There are a lot of places to get subs in and around Chicago, and many are chains — Jimmy Johns, Subway and Quiznos for example. While none of these are indicative of a real New Jersey sub sandwich either, their prices are better.

I am a fan of the Chipotle Cheesesteak. Nice people too! They consistently have a pleasent attitude and tend to joke a lot. I enjoy coming here because of the staff and the food. They also offer Vick’s kettle chips. I usually make purchases with a coupon because it is otherwise pretty costly for fast food.

I have no clue how I haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s until this point. They stopped in my office and gave us some coupons for free chips and drink with a purchase of a sandwich a while back and my colleague and I decided recently to go give it a whirl. I’m really glad we did. They have their ingredients in a deli case and when you order, they actually cut your meat right in front of you. LOOOOOOOVEIT!!! I hate Subway and places like that for that exact reason. Good call, JM’s! You earned my business on that factor alone. The bread is soft and fresh. They could probably stand to use a more«durable» type of bread seeing as they pile on the ingredients. I tried the turkey sandwich with lotsa pickles, lettuce and tomato along with all the seasonings and some oil and vinegar. It was quite yummy. Fresh and filling. I only ate a half which is why I probably should have ordered their smallest sandwich. Note to self for next time. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my lunch break on this particular day. The staff had a hand in that. Thanks, guys! I’ll be back again soon.

This is a new outpost of a Sub shop chain. I have never tried them even though I had known about them. Anyway, a coworker told me that they recently opened, they were packed with people and they had excellent Subs. That made me want to try them. Ordered«The Original Italian» and«The Club Supreme». Here is my take on the sandwiches… The Italian one, not so hot. The meat and cheese was sliced so thin, I could not really distinguish what they were through all of the lettuce, tomato, and vinegar dressing. I thought that the bread was not Italian enough for me either. I like a crusty bread for an Italian sub and this one was too soft crusted for my liking. The sandwich itself was a messy one. The dressing is definitely applied in liberal amounts as attested by the leakage all over the bag. I was not too impressed with this one. The Club Supreme was a much better sandwich. It too was messy, but had a much better flavor. I could taste the turkey and the bacon on it. Bottom line is that in my humble opinion, this is a chain and you can always get better when you go to an independent place for just about anything once you find the right one. I do not go to any of the sub chains, but thought I would try out this one. OK, I tried it. However, I will stick to other choices, such as Serino’s or Alpine or Al + Joe’s. They are the real deal. Especially with Italian Subs. Total rating would be 2.5 stars. Since I can’t rate like that, I will give them a 3 because the Club Sub was OK. Cheers to All
