I brought in a bunch of jewelry that was in the family to the Morton Grove location and they offered me peanuts for them. Yes, they were made of gold.
Then, immediately after, I went to another local place, and they offered me triple, which was still disappointing but at least they were honest and helpful. I don’t see myself going here or any of thier locations again. Total rip off artists. I’ve never been so insulted by a store like this.

Amazing service, amazing offers & knowledge on their business! It seems that Tiffany is the manager of the store, or at least she’s always there! I always walk out of there happy & glad for my decision to get rid of old cell phones, costume jewelry & gold I racked up through the 80s & 90s that I’ll never wear again! It just sits there. She told me they even buy gift cards now, along with all gold coins, silver coins & even paper currency! Wow, what’s next??? Its nice to have a place where I can unload all my stuff & its always a bonus to work with someone who has such a nice, honest & real demeanor about them! You don’t feel pressured & maybe thats because they don’t make a commission. well thats what she told me. Go on their website & print their 20% 1st time seller coupon bonus! She even said she’d take it even if I was a repeat! Now that’s a nice way to do business! I LOVE GOLDMAX!

Tiffany was awesome! Very personable and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way! I was VERY satisfied with my experience at Goldmax and with Tiffany! I got 3 times the amount of money I was hoping for and wish I had more to sell! I would definitely recommend Goldmax!

Our experience with Tiffany at your Elk Grove Village location was most satisfying. We were surprised at the amount we received for the bits and pieces of gold that we had accumulated over the years. I must say I poo pooed the visit at the start but much to my amazement Tiffany explained what she was doing and how she came about the dollar figure we could expect and we not only received an education but it made us very comfortable in our transaction. We will most likely be returning and certainly will tell our friends and family of our experience with Tiffany at GoldMax.
